    摘要: An apparatus for manufacturing cement clinker is disclosed in which raw material powder of cement pre-heated and partially pre-calcined by a pre-heating unit such as a suspension pre-heater (or a provided pre-calciner') is charged into a granulating furnace as to be granulated, thus-obtained granulated material is charged into a sintering furnace as to be sintered, and the sintered material is cooled and recovered by a cooling unit, the apparatus having a granulating furnace so that the granulating performance of the granulating furnace is improved. A fuel supply unit for forming a local hot region is disposed immediately above a porous perforated distributor disposed in the throat portion between the granulating furnace and the sintering furnace so that the granulating furnace is formed into a jet fluidized bed structure, the lower portion of the granulating furnace has an inverse frustum of circular cone (a cone portion) so formed as to cause the granulated material to form a downward moving bed, and raw material powder of cement is blown through the side wall of the cone portion, and it is sufficiently dispersed in the moving bed before it reaches the local hot region.

    摘要: A fluidized-bed drying and classifying apparatus is provided with a main body (10) in which a fluidized bed is formed to dry a granular material and to classify the same into fine particles and coarse particles. A gas supply system (110) is connected to the wind box (16) to supply a fluidizing gas that serves as a drying hot gas and a classifying gas into the wind box. A material supply opening portion (20) is mounted to the main body (10) to feed the granular material. A discharge chute (24) is connected to the main body (10) to discharge dried coarse particles. A gas discharge opening portion (56) is connected to the main body (10) to discharge an exhaust gas containing fine particles. The gas supply system (110) includes a flow controller (111) to control classification particle size by controlling the flow rate of the gas supplied into the wind box (16), and a temperature controller (112) to control drying degree through the adjustment of temperature of the hot gas supplied into the wind box (16) according to the adjusted flow rate.

    摘要: A calcining system wherein raw material is preheated by raw material preheating device for preheating the raw material by contact with a gas, calcined in a rotary kiln and cooled in a planetary cooler; a portion of cooling gas used for cooling the calcined material in the planetary cooler and heated thereby is led through an air extracting duct to the raw material preheating device and the rest of the heated cooling gas is introduced into the rotary kiln: and exhaust gases from the rotary kiln is led to the raw material preheating device. Such calcining system further includes a first damper mounted in a duct for discharging the exhaust gas from the raw material preheating device, a temperature sensor for sensing the temperature of calcined material discharged through an outlet of the planetary cooler, control device for controlling the degree of opening of the first damper when the temperature sensed by the temperature sensor rises to a high level, a second damper mounted in the air extracting duct, a gas sensor for sensing a gas component capable of indicating the condition of combustion in the rotary kiln, and control device for controlling the degree of opening of the second damper so as to bring the value of the gas component sensed by the gas sensor to a predetermined level. The flow rate of the cooling air can be controlled independently of the control of the flow rate of the air combustion, so that the temperature of the calcined material at the outlet of the planetary cooler can be kept at a predetermined level selected arbitrarily and the combustion in the rotary kiln and the calciner can be stabilized irrespective of changes in the conditions of operation.

    摘要: A particulate material collecting apparatus including a cylindrical member defining therein a spiral flow chamber for forming a spiral flow of gas therein, an inlet duct and an outlet duct connected to the cylindrical member tangentially to the inner circumferential surface thereof, and a hollow inverted pyramidical member secured to the lower portion of the cylindrical member. A spiral flow guide plate having a convex surface curved radially outwardly of the cylindrical member is interposed between the cylindrical member and the inverted pyramidical member. The spiral flow guide plate is positioned so as to define two openings, one opening being located on the upstream side of the spiral flow of gas and the other opening being located on the downstream side of the spiral flow of gas. The spiral flow of gas is introduced from the spiral flow chamber through the upstream side opening into a material collecting space defined between an inner wall portion of the inverted pyramidical member and a collected material guide plate secured to the spiral flow guide plate to extend parallel to the inner wall portion, so that particulate material incorporated in the spiral flow of gas is separated by inertia from the gas and collected in the inverted pyramidical member.

The wind box is connected to a processing fluidization gas supply system for supplying the fluidization gas into the box, while the wind box is connected to a classifying fluidization gas supply system for supplying the fluidization gas into the box. The classifying fluidization gas supply system is provided with a flow control unit which adjusts the quantity of gas supplied into the classifying chamber to control the size of classified particles. The processing fluidization gas supply system is provided with a control unit, which adjusts the gas quantity and/or the temperature of gas supplied into the drying chamber.
