    摘要: An information analysis unit of a management apparatus searches for a device existing within a predetermined distance from a portable terminal, namely a device positioned near the portable terminal, based on terminal position information received from the portable terminal by a radio communication unit and device position information stored in an information storage unit. The information analysis unit reads, from the information storage unit, energy usage information of the searched device existing near the portable terminal, and transmits it from the radio communication unit to an information acquisition unit of the portable terminal. Thus, the information acquisition unit acquires only the energy usage information of the device positioned near the portable terminal, so that a display unit displays only the energy usage information of the device positioned near the portable terminal.

    摘要: In a charging control device, a determining unit individually determines whether a charging path and a vehicle are in a connected state or non-connected state based on a current value detected by a current detecting means. The state of connection with the vehicle is detected not by an exclusive sensor as it is done in the prior art but by using a current detection result by the current detecting means. Hence the cost for detecting the state of connection with the vehicle can be reduced.

    摘要: An energy conservation diagnosis system manages electrical device K which consumes electricity to operate based on control schedule information, and includes acquiring unit 14a, rule information generation unit 14b, operating determination unit 14c and display unit 12. Acquiring unit acquires operating information obtained by relating an operating condition of electrical device to a clock time. Rule information generation unit generates rule information by relating a rule on use of electrical device to a clock time, based on one or more predetermined time slots depending on a benefit of electricity consumed by electrical device. Operating determination unit acquires control schedule information of electrical device, and generates an image data by superimposing acquired control schedule information and rule information onto operating information so that each clock time is fitted to a clock time of operating information. Display unit displays the image data.
