摘要: The inventive concept herein relates to medication service terminals and methods of monitoring the same, and more particularly, to a method of monitoring medication states of a plurality of users. The medication service terminal in accordance with the inventive concept may include a situation judgment module judging a medication situation with reference to a medication providing schedule and a terminal state that are provided from a server; and an output module determining a medication service corresponding to the medication situation and providing the determined medication service in the form that a user can sense. A communication with the server is performed only when the situation judgment module receives a medicine providing schedule from the server. According to some embodiments of the inventive concept, a medication monitoring system can be effectively provided to a massive user.

摘要: Provided are a medicine storage module and method. The medicine storage module includes medicine storage boxes, each of which stores medicine in a unit of a dosage, a medicine storage box cartridge storing the medicine storage boxes in a stacked fashion, and a discharge module discharging a lowermost one of the medicine storage boxes of the medicine storage box cartridge to an outside according to a medicine discharge instruction of a user. Thus, it is possible to store a large quantity of prescription medicine in a unit of a dosage regardless of its shape, and to provide the medicine to a user in the dosage unit at a time when the user takes the medicine.

摘要: Provided are an apparatus and method for supporting a medicine-taking service capable of supporting patients to take a medicament to dynamically comply with a dosage schedule managed in a remote control manner. The automatic distribution of the medicaments is carried out by receiving a dynamically changing dosage schedule and prescription from a server to store the received dosage schedule and prescription; checking a medicine-taking time using the dosage schedule and storing the checked medicine-taking time; informing a user and the server of the medicine-taking time; distributing a corresponding number of medicaments from corresponding vials using the dosage schedule according to a user's intention to take medicine when it is the medicine-taking time; confirming whether a user takes the distributed medicaments; and transmitting the confirmed medicine-taking results to the server.

摘要: A context aware system and a context aware method thereof perform a reasoning to be aware of contexts in ubiquitous environments. The context aware method includes procedures of modeling a knowledge base describing context information including constraints; classifying the context information described in the knowledge base according to the constraints; filtering fact data having same constraints as input sensor data from the classified context data; storing only rules, which satisfy the filtered fact data and constraints, in an working memory; and inferring a service context by reasoning the stored fact data and rules. The method receives input sensor data, associated with a subject, continuously monitored and serviced by indoor sensors, performs a reasoning based upon the input sensor data, in order to be aware of the present contexts of the subject and also provide, in real-time, a service suitable for the present contexts, thereby promoting the convenience of life.
