    Abstract: A sensor element includes: an element body; a conducting section including an inner conducting section and an outer conducting section, the outer conducting section, being electrically continuous with the inner conducting section, wherein the outer conducting section includes a connecting segment connected to a routing part of the inner conducting section, wherein the connecting segment of the outer conducting section has gas permeability, and/or at least a portion of the routing part of the inner conducting section is exposed to an outside of the sensor element, and wherein an outer periphery of the routing part of the inner conducting section has a perimeter that is a sum of a first perimeter of a portion covered by the connecting segment having the gas permeability and a second perimeter of a portion exposed to the outside of the sensor element, the sum being shorter than 1.30 mm.

    Abstract: A ceramic heater with a shaft includes: a ceramic plate in which resistance heating element is embedded; a hollow ceramic shaft bonded to the surface on an opposite side of a wafer placement surface of the ceramic plate; a conductive film provided in an axial direction to extend on the internal circumferential surface of the ceramic shaft; a recessed section provided to reach a terminal of the resistance heating element from the surface on the opposite side of the wafer placement surface of the ceramic plate, the recessed section having a bottom surface to which a lower surface of the terminal is exposed and a lateral surface to which a surface of the conductive film is exposed; and a connection member which is filled in the recessed section, and electrically connects the lower surface of the terminal and the surface of the conductive film.

    Abstract: There is provided a copper alloy bonded body composed of members made of an age-hardenable copper alloy, the members diffusion-bonded to one another, wherein a bonding interface between the members remains. In the bonded body, the content of beryllium in the age-hardenable copper alloy is 0.7% by weight or less, and, in a laser microscope image of a section including the bonding interface, a ratio of a total length of a line segment corresponding to a discontinuous region relative to an entire length of a bonding interface line defined along the bonding interface and a position where the bonding interface was present is 3.5% or more. The discontinuous region is defined as a region where, when a plurality of perpendicular lines is drawn with respect to the bonding interface line at a pitch of 5 μm, three or more adjacent perpendicular lines do not intersect with the remaining bonding interface.

    Abstract: A sensor element includes an element body, a reference electrode, a measurement-object gas side electrode, a first conducting section that has a reference electrode terminal and a reference electrode lead, and a lead insulation layer. The reference electrode lead is configured to flow a reference gas, which serves as a reference for detecting the specific gas concentration in the measurement-object gas, to the reference electrode. A region of 50% or more, from an end on the reference electrode side, of the total area of the lead insulation layer in a planar view is configured as a dense region with a porosity of 5% or less.
