摘要: A method comprising: receiving a radiographic image dataset representing a sequential radiographic scan of a region of a human subject; receiving three-dimensional (3D) image data representing an optical scan of a surface of said region, wherein said 3D image data is performed simultaneously with said sequential radiographic scan; estimating a time-dependent motion of said subject during said acquisition, relative to a specified position, based, at least in part, on said 3D image data; and using said estimating to determine corrections for said radiographic image dataset, based, at least in part, on a known transformation between corresponding coordinate systems of said radiographic image dataset and said 3D image data.

摘要: Systems and methods for training and implementing a machine learning algorithm to generate feature maps depicting spatial patterns of features associated with osteolysis, synovitis, or both. MRI data, including multispectral imaging data, are input to the trained machine learning algorithm to generate the feature maps, which may indicate features such as a location and probability of a pathology classification, a severity of synovitis, a type of synovitis, a synovial membrane thickness, and other features associated with osteolysis or synovitis. In some implementations, synovial anatomy are segmented in the MRI data before inputting the MRI data to the machine learning algorithm. These segmented MRI data may be generated using another trained machine learning algorithm.

摘要: A cleat assembly for a shoe comprising an anchor for anchoring to the shoe, a cleat, a first biasing member circumscribing the anchor and engaged with the cleat, and a second biasing member biasing the first biasing member. The second biasing member can directly engage the first biasing member or a bushing that circumscribes the anchor. So constructed, the cleat assembly provides multiple degrees of freedom. That is, the cleat assembly provides effective axial shock absorbance coupled with 360° tilting of the cleat for enhancing a user's ability to suddenly change direction when wearing a shoe equipped with the cleat assembly, thereby minimizing stress and impact on muscles, joints and ligaments and enhancing the performance of athletes wearing such shoes.

摘要: Suture delivered patches adapted for interposition, augmentation or repair devices for use in tendon and ligament repair, including rotator cuff repair, have been developed as well as methods for their delivery using suture guided arthroscopic methods. The repair patches may be provided from suitable biocompatible materials. The patches may be delivered using anchored sutures already in use during a surgical repair including, open, minimally invasive, endoscopic, and arthroscopic repair procedures. Additionally, fixation of the suture delivered repair patch is secured along with the normal suture securing workflow of the one or more sutures used to deliver the patch.

摘要: Generating a prediction for at least one implant size for use in arthroplasty is disclosed. Patient demographic factors are received and processed to generate at least one implant size prediction. The processing includes accessing procedure information representing joint replacement procedures previously performed for a plurality of patients and implant information representing types and sizes of implants from a plurality of manufacturers and determining, as a function of at least one statistical model and the accessed procedural information and implant information, unadjusted probabilities of implant size recommendations in a range of implant sizes. At least one processor is further configured for providing, in a graphical user interface operating on at least one user computing device, information representing the respective implant size recommendations and unadjusted probabilities. Further, the at least one processor is configured for receiving a selection of at least one of the respective implant size recommendations.
