Abstract:
A filter apparatus has a filter housing (1) accommodating at least one filter element (17) having an inner filter cavity (23) enclosed by a filter medium (27). The housing (1) contains an element holder (19) that interacts with the filter element (17) located in its functional position. The element holder (19) has a projecting accommodating part (43) with an outer configuration adapted to the shape of an opening (37) located at the end of the filter element (17) to be secured to the element holder (19). The accommodating part (43) fits through the opening (37) of the filter element (17) located in the functional position.
Abstract:
A filter device, in particular a return line suction filter, has at least one filter housing (3) receiving a filter element (17) defining a longitudinal axis. The filter element has an end cap with an enclosure at one filter element end enclosing an end edge of the filter material (39) and fixed to an element receptacle (5) connected to the filter housing (3) for fixing the location of the filter element (17) in its functional position. The element receptacle (5) and the associated end cap (21) of the filter element (17) have design irregularities (63, 65) adapted to each other at their parts (23, 47) engaging each other in the functional position of the filter element (17). The irregularities enable the engagement in a positional alignment to each other.
Abstract:
A filtering apparatus includes a pot-type filter housing (10), a filter element (28) accommodated in the housing, a holding mechanism (38) disposed in the filter housing (10) to removably fix the filter element along its longitudinal axis, and a sealing device (60) that seals between a lid (20) of the filter housing (10) and the filter element (28). The holding mechanism (38) is provided with cooperating holding elements embodied on the interior face of the filter housing (10) as well as on the filter element (28). The filtering apparatus dispenses with the need for O-seals that are known in prior art and extend in a radial direction between the filter element and the filter head as a housing lid because the sealing device (60) encompasses at least one sealing edge (62) or sealing surface placed parallel to the longitudinal axis in a radial direction and seals under the effect of the pressure applied it by the holding mechanism (38). The invention further relates to a filter element that is to be used in such filtering apparatus.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a filter element (1) for filtering fluids, such as hydraulic fluids or gases, the filter element (1) being accommodatable in a filter housing (12), having an inlet point (18) for the fluid to he filtered and an outlet point (20) for the filtered fluid, the filter element (1) comprising a data storage (52), data stored in the data storage (52) being electronically readable from the data storage (52) by means of a read and/or write device (70), characterized in that an antenna (60) extending outside the data storage (52) is provided for the signal coupling between the data storage (52) and the read and/or write device (70), and that the antenna (60) extends at least in sections about a longitudinal axis (44) of the filter element (1) and thus, independently from the angular position of the filter element (1) and the data storage (52) attached thereto, a signal coupling between the data storage (52) and the read and/or write device (70) is ensured. The invention further relates to a filter device (10) having such a filter element (1).
Abstract:
A filter device includes a pot-shaped filter housing (1) that defines a longitudinal axis along which a filter element (13) can be inserted into and removed form the filter housing (1). A retaining device detachably retains the filter element (13) in the filter housing (1) and has first and second retaining elements on the inner side of the filter housing (1) and on the filter element (13) and interacting with one another. At least one set of the retaining elements has a shape coaxial to the longitudinal axis of the filter housing (1) and forms at least a part of a thread. When the filter element (13) is rotated about its longitudinal axis, it is locked in a form-fit.
Abstract:
A filter element for a filter device has a filter housing (3; 4). The filter element (1) includes a receiving part (19) which, when the filter element (1) is located in the filter housing (3; 4) in the operational position, comes into fluid communication with a housing part (17; 18) of the filter housing (3; 4) to form a fluid connection (9). The receiving part (19) of the filter element (1) has an inner, first guiding path (37) for sealing contact to the housing part (17) of the filter housing (3) according to a first mode of construction and an outer, second guiding path (51) for sealing contact to the housing part (18) of the filter housing (4) according to a second mode of construction.
Abstract:
A filter device having a filter element (9) forming a body extending along a longitudinal axis received in a housing (1) closed by a cover part (3). A sealing arrangement (49) is provided to form a fluid-tight seal between the housing (1) and the cover part (3). The sealing arrangement (49) is a component of a filter element (9) and is fixed to a sealing carrier (48) rigidly connected to the filter element.
Abstract:
A filter apparatus, provided for installation in a fluid storage tank, having at least one preferably replaceable filter element (11), through which a fluid can flow from the outside to an inner hollow filter chamber (19), forming the clean side, and which is surrounded by a housing wall (1) which forms a fluid chamber (15), into which the cleaned fluid from the inner hollow filter chamber (19) can flow, the housing wall having at least one wall opening (31) which forms a fluid passage located within the region of the variable fluid level in the storage tank. Said filter apparatus is characterized in that a control device (39, 41, 43) is provided which can be actuated as a function of the fluid level the storage tank and brings the fluid passage of the at least one wall opening (31) close to the position of the surface of the fluid in the storage tank.
Abstract:
A modular unit has at least one filter (10), pump (12) and cooling unit (14) fluidically connected to each other by a connection module (16) and connected to a tank unit (18). The connection module (16) opens out inside (22) the tank unit with a suction opening (20), together with the cooling unit (14) when the tank unit is connected (18). The filter unit (10) and pump unit (12) are arranged outside the tank unit (18). The modular unit can then be placed on and connected to a tank unit. The cooling unit protrudes inside the tank unit.
