Abstract: The present application discloses an electrostatically conductive filter element. An annular end cover made of a conductive material is connected to one end of a filter medium of the filter element. An annular raised wall axially extends from an inner opening of the annular end cover. Conductive portions radially extending inwards and configured to be in hard connection with an external conductive device are arranged on an inner surface of the annular raised wall. During use of this filter element, the conductive portions can be stably electrically connected to the external conductive device, and the static electricity generated by the filter medium is dissipated to the outside by the external conductive device.

Abstract: A filter device may include a filter housing with a filter housing pot and a cover screwable onto the filter housing pot, and an annular filter element arranged in the filter housing. The annular filter element may be connected to the cover via a first thread, which may have a dome protruding centrally and axially from an upper end disc of the annular filter element, with an outer thread interrupted by free passages, and hollow cylindrical spring elements, which may protrude axially from the cover and on which an inner thread portion designed to complement the outer thread may be arranged. Each inner thread portion may extend over a longer circumferential portion than one of the free passages. The first thread may be designed running counter to a second thread arranged between the filter housing pot and the cover.

Abstract: A purification column is provided in which fluid is purified by flow through a purifying component. The column includes an annular wall defining a bore which, in use, contains the purifying component. The column further includes an inlet port to the bore comprising a first aperture through the annular wall, the inlet port being adjacent one end of the column. The column further includes an outlet port from the bore comprising a second aperture through the annular wall, the outlet port being adjacent the same end of the column as the inlet port. The column further includes a flow guidance device within the bore and removably connected to the inlet and outlet ports for guiding the fluid to the purifying component from the inlet port and for guiding the fluid from the purifying component to the outlet port. The flow guidance device maintains separation of the fluid flows to and from the purifying component.

Abstract: A solids interceptor and methods of using the same. The solids interceptor includes a tank including an open end, a wastewater inlet, and one or more wastewater outlets. A basket assembly is removably attachable to the tank via the open end between an operable position and a removed position. The basket assembly may seal the open end when in the operable position and expose the open end of the tank to a surrounding environment when in the removed position. A first and second outlet may extend away from an interior of the tank in a first and direction, respectively, with the second direction being oriented at an angle with respect to the first direction. The basket assembly may include a seal that is compressed about a circumferentially extending corner provided on the tank to thereby seal the open end of the tank and the plumbing system.
