Abstract: A filter device has a filter housing (14) with a housing pot (12), which accommodates a replaceable filter element (16) and is closed by a removable lid part (32). The element material (20) of the filter element (16) separates an unfiltrate chamber (22) from a filtrate chamber (18, 43). A measurement sensing device (108) senses pressure values from at least one of the chambers (18, 22, 43), is disposed on a lid inner side (45) of the lid part (32), is at least partially guided in the lid part, and projects into the filter housing (14). At least parts of a measurement value evaluator (78) are connected to the measurement sensing device (108) and are disposed on the opposite lid outer side (42) facing the environment.

Abstract: A fluid filtration system is provided. The system includes a filter head and a filter cartridge removably coupled to the filter head. The filter cartridge includes a shell housing defining a first housing end, a second housing end, and a housing sidewall extending between the first housing end and the second housing end. The filter cartridge further includes a filter element received within the shell housing and removably coupled to the shell housing. The filter element includes a media pack and an endplate. The endplate includes an expansible scaling member extending axially away from the endplate in a direction opposite to the media pack and having a compliant portion. The expansible sealing member is configured to expand in diameter when the expansible sealing member engages the shell housing.

Abstract: A water drainage device for a filter module is provided with a valve housing that has a valve bore and a valve body received at least in sections thereof in the valve bore. The water drainage device can be transferred from a closed state, in which the valve body seals in relation to a valve seat of the valve bore, into an open state, in which the valve body is lifted off the valve seat, and transferred from the open state into the closed state. The valve body, upon transfer of the water drainage device from the closed state into the open state, moves linearly along the longitudinal axis of the valve bore and away from the valve seat along or at a slant to a direction of gravity in downward direction.
