摘要： A combination microwave and impingement heating cooking oven, wherein an upper blowing port blowing hot air in vertical direction and a lateral blowing port for blowing hot air in horizontal direction are provided in a cooking chamber, the upper blowing port is provided in the ceiling wall of the cooking chamber, the lateral blowing port is provided in one of the right and left inside walls thereof, and a suction port is provided in the bottom inside wall thereof in the form of collected perforations, air in the cooking chamber sucked from the suction port is fed to an upper duct and a lateral duct, heated by an upper heater and a lateral heater, respectively, and blown from the upper blowing port and the lateral blowing port, and the distribution of the perforations of the upper blowing port is made such that the distribution of the perforations at a position where the air blows toward air current from the lateral blowing port to a cooked object is made coarser than that at the other positions so that the air current in horizontal direction cannot be obstructed, and a wave feed port for discharging microwaves into the cooking chamber is so arranged as not to directly face the lateral blowing port.

摘要： A metallic supplementary pot having superior heat conductivity is newly provided which is attached in the conventional nonmetallic specialized pot which is placed on a turn table mechanism of the microwave oven. When bread is made in the microwave oven, the supplementary pot containing material is attached in the specialized pot before cooking, and the specialized pot is attached to the drive shaft of the turn table mechanism in the oven cavity. Since the tip of the drive shaft is fit into the supplementary pot in this case, a vane member is attached to the drive shaft in the supplementary pot. When cooking is started, the vane member is turned with the rotation of the drive shaft and the material is kneaded into dough. Thereafter, the dough is heated uniformly and in a short time in the supplementary pot, and bread is completed. Since the inner circumferential surface of the supplementary pot is provided with a fluorine resin coating, the material is not adhered to the inner circumferential surface, and it can smoothly be removed from the supplementary pot. Further, easy cleaning of the supplementary pot is ensured.

On the bottom wall of the heating chamber (20), a roller stay (31) is mounted with and rotates a turn table (30). Between the bottom surface of the turn table (30) and the bottom wall of the heating chamber (20), a tilt limiting member is positioned which prevents the turn table (30) from being tilted to or beyond a prescribed angle. The tilt limiting member comprises a protrusion (50) formed on the bottom wall of the heating chamber (20), a protrusion (51) formed on the bottom surface of the turn table (30), and a linking stay (52) linking an arm (31b) of the roller stay (31).

摘要： In a microwave oven, a driving motor is fitted inside a fitting member that is fixed to a cabinet. The upper part of the output spindle of the driving motor is disposed through the fitting member so as to protrude outward, and is fitted into the lower part of a linking member. The lower part of the rotary shaft of a turntable is fitted into the upper part of the linking member. The linking member is covered by a cover, and the lower part of the cover is fitted to the fitting member. On the upper part of and outside the cover, a coil spring for preventing leakage of radio waves is fitted so as to surround the rotary shaft. The coil spring is kept in close contact with the rim of a through hole formed in the bottom surface of a heating chamber. An overhang for drainage is formed in the linking member to prevent fluid from coming into contact with the output spindle.
