摘要: The present invention forms a detection layer in an embedded biosensor probe by using a phenazine derivative as a redox mediator in which a phenazine group is covalently bonded to a high molecular weight polymer having a carboxyl group or an amino group, such as polyamino acid, polyimine, or polyallylamine; and the distance between the phenazine group and the high molecular weight polymer main chain is increased by using a polyethylene glycol chain.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a means for preventing or suppressing the leaching of a redox mediator constituting a reagent layer in a probe of an embedded biosensor, in particular, a means capable of improving preservation stability (durability) while maintaining glucose measurement sensitivity. The high molecular weight redox polymer according to the present disclosure is represented by general formula (A1), wherein X− represents an anionic species; L represents a linker; Poly represents a high molecular weight polymer; and R1 to R8 each independently represent a hydrogen atom or a substituent. The biosensor according to the present disclosure has a working electrode, a counter electrode, a reagent layer disposed on the working electrode, and a protective film covering at least the reagent layer, and the reagent layer contains an oxidoreductase that oxidizes or dehydrogenates the analyte and at least one high molecular weight redox polymer represented by general formula (A1).

摘要: A sensor insertion device comprises a main body, needle slider, disposal slider, spring, puncture knob, and opening mechanism (window member and handle). The needle slider grips a needle and a sensor on a first end side, and is slidable inside the main body. The disposal slider is slidable inside the main body. The puncture knob has an insertion hole into which the rear end portion of the needle slider can be inserted. The opening mechanism puts the insertion hole into a closed state when the needle slider is being slid in the sensor insertion direction, and, puts the insertion hole in an open state in which the second end side of the needle slider has been inserted into the insertion hole by opening up the contact portion between the puncture knob and the second end side of the needle slider when the puncture operation is complete.
