摘要:
A method for optimizing vehicles and engines that are used for driving such vehicles includes the steps of taking measurements during real operation of the vehicle on the road or on a roller-type test stand, or the engine on an engine test stand; parameterizing a simulation model representing the vehicle or the engine so as to be able to arithmetically determine a prediction about the measured values obtained by means of the measurements; simulating the vehicle by using the simulation model, additionally calculating at least one drivability index (DR) which results from several measured values based on an empirically determined function and which indicates the drivability of a vehicle in a specific driving mode; and optimizing the settings of the vehicle during the simulation, at least one drivability index (DR) being input into the target function or the fringe conditions of the optimization process.

This invention relates to a procedure for analyzing and influencing the driveability of motor vehicles, including the following steps: Conducting tests on a real vehicle to obtain measurement variables describing its driveability; Continuous monitoring to check whether at least one of a number of predefined trigger conditions is fulfilled, i.e., whether a certain set of variables takes on certain values; If the trigger condition is fulfilled, computation of a profile of several ratings representing vehicle driveability from one or more measured values, using predefined functional relationships. An improvement of analysis and control is achieved by deriving from the measurements at least one variable representing the type of driver of the vehicle concerned, and by determining the value of at least one control variable influencing vehicle driveability as a function of the value of the driver-related variable, such that the profile of the several ratings closely approaches a predetermined profile depending on the variable representing the type of driver.

The present invention relates to a method for analyzing the driving behavior of motor vehicles on a roller type test stand, with the following steps: performance of a predetermined operating cycle in a motor vehicle which is disposed on a roller type test stand; determination of a first longitudinal acceleration signal from a speed signal which is tapped from the power train of the motor vehicle or the roller type test stand; determination of a second longitudinal acceleration signal by an acceleration sensor attached to the motor vehicle; superposition of the first and second longitudinal acceleration signal into a composite signal; determination of a parameter representative of the driveability of the motor vehicle from the composite signal.
