    摘要: The invention describes membrane protections for a sensor having a membrane, which membrane protection does not increase the external diameter of a sensor and can be easily removed from a hole in which the sensor is installed. The membrane protection can be fastened to an inner surface of a front region of a sensor using a clip system and thus forms a unit with the sensor. The membrane protection for a sensor which can be screwed into a hole of an installation part and is provided with a membrane in the front region. The membrane protection has a clip system in order to be internally fastened in the front region of such a sensor. The sensor has a membrane protection which is internally fitted to the front region of the sensor using a clip system.

    摘要: The invention relates to a pressure sensor (1), comprising a housing (2), a housing element (3) which may be exposed to a pressure chamber (10), mounted on the housing (2) by means of a metallic membrane (5) and a measuring cell (4) which can indirectly measure a pressure acting on the housing element (3) and transmitted to the measuring cell (4) as a force resulting therefrom. According to the invention, said pressure sensor (1) comprises a housing element (3) embodied as a pin and projects out of the housing (2). The advantage of such an arrangement is only a small drilling to a pressure chamber (10) need be provided, in order to carry out a pressure measurement. The pin (3) need only be so long that the front end thereof, in the assembled state, approximately reaches the wall (11) of the pressure chamber (10).

    摘要: A force and moment measuring device has multicomponent force measuring cells arranged in opposite pairs at either side of a force introducing platform or mounting plate, viewed in the direction of their tension/pressure sensitivity. The opposed force measuring cells are preloaded by a common preloading screw extending in the direction of their tension/pressure sensitivity and passing through the force introduction platform without friction. The opposed force measuring cells have opposed tension/pressure sensitivity orientation. The tension/pressure measuring signals resulting from a temperature change occurring in the mounting plate and/or in the common preloading screw are cancelled out by opposed measuring cells, while the measured values generated by a force acting in one direction are added together.

    摘要: For a comparative material testing of similar formed parts based on their dynamic behaviour under acoustic excitation vibrations, in order to obtain clear-cut information about the material properties it is necessary to assure constant excitations of the vibration generator and a constant pressing force when coupling this to the object being tested. This is accomplished by using a piezoelectric actuator in an assembly unit with an electromechanical sensor and a coupling element, whereby the excitation voltages of the actuator are monitored and its vibrations passing into the formed part are registered by the sensor.

    摘要: A method and a device for measuring the pressure in a tubular body, for example, in the nozzle of a plastics injection molding machine, in the injection pumps of diesel engines, in gun barrels and the like, makes use of electromechanical transducers of piezoelectric, piezoresistive or strain gauge type to detect the radial and tangential mechanical stresses .sigma..sub.r, .sigma..sub.t in the tube cross section. The output signals s.sub.r, s.sub.t of the transducers are fed to a signal processing facility consisting of a subtraction circuit (for transducers of like polarity) or an addition circuit (for transducers of unlike polarity). The output signal of the signal processing facility is proportional to the difference between the pressures inside and outside the tubular body and may be fed to a further evaluation facility, such as a pressure display or process control device. The invention makes possible the exact measurement of the pressure inside a tubular body without contact with the pressure medium, and excludes disturbing influences as may arise due to temperature gradients, longitudinal stresses and the like.

    摘要: A transducer, particularly for ballistic high pressure measurements, comprises an assembly body, with a shoulder sealing section and a sensor member, which can be received in a recess in the assembly body. The assembly body can be screwed into a component, e.g. a gun barrel, the measurement area on the sealing section being sealed. The assembly body has a tubular extension extending beyond the sealing section, which extension encompasses the sensor member on a cylindrical fitting face. The high sealing forces required for sealing the measurement area are kept remote from the sensor member. The measuring sensitivity of the transducer is therefore independent of the prevailing tightening torques. A cylindrical gap between the sensor member and assembly body provides additional insulation between the sealing forces and the prestress forces prevailing in the sensor member. The cylindrical gap is sealed against the pressure medium by a force fit or weld between the assembly body and the sensor member. A reception space can be provided ahead of the diaphragm section of the sensor member, which reception space can be formed by an annular section projecting from the diaphragm section, and can be provided with replaceable thermal and erosion protection devices.

    摘要: An acceleration-compensated pressure pick-up, for example for the measurement of dynamic processes in gaseous or liquid media, comprises an external housing and a pre-assembled inner part having a flange at its assembly end. The inner part is securely fixed to the housing only at the flange. A first mass is connected via a first resilient connection to the flange, and a second mass is connected to the flange via a second resilient connection. A first measurement crystal is inserted under pre-tension between the two masses. A third mass and a compensation crystal are arranged between the first measurement crystal and the second mass, and the compensation crystal is electrically connected in opposition to the first measurement crystal. The two rigidities of the resilient connections and the three masses are matched so that the measurement values which can be determined at the crystals due to an axial acceleration acting on the housing compensate each other.
