摘要： The device comprises a support such as a railway tie defining a projecting shoulder on each side of a support table for the rail. An insulating clip has a body cooperating with the shoulder and a nose portion bearing against the flange of the rail. An elastically yieldable strip is superimposed on the clip and a fixing bolt extends through apertures in the clip body and the strip. The clip body has, on the side of the body remote from the nose portion, a heel portion which defines two surfaces which bear respectively against a lower support surface of the support and against the shoulder. The clip body defines in the center part an upper surface which is substantially parallel to the strip. Beyond a predetermined tightening force the additional force is transmitted to the support through the body and the heel portion of the clip.

摘要： The invention relates to the technique of prestressed concrete and concerns a reinforcing device comprising a cylindrical metal tube at the ends of which are friction welded two plates or flanges defining radial support surfaces for bearing on the concrete. One of these plates constitutes an end wall against which abuts a metal core for putting the tube under tension. The other plate, which has a centre aperture, comprises means such as screw threading which co-operates with a bolt for achieving said tensioning in an effective and easy manner. Preferably, the tube has a section which varies along its longitudinal axis so as to afford an improved guide for the core and improve the characteristics of the reinforcement. A particularly advantageous application is in the manufacture of composite railway ties.

摘要： The device comprises a metal fastener which bears against the flange of the rail and against the rail support. An insulating element is combined with the fastener for insulating the fastener from the support and insulating the fastener from a fixing bolt which extends through an aperture in the fastener and is anchored in the rail support. The insulating element is in one piece and comprises a planar branch having an aperture for the passage of the fixing means and a loop portion which is so shaped as to ensure the elastic mounting of the insulating element on the fastener and to be interposed between the fastener and the support.

摘要： The device comprises, for anchoring each T-shaped fixing bolt in a concrete element, a passageway opening onto an outer face of the element and extended by a cavity which allows rotation of the head of the bolt through 90.degree.. A longitudinal reinforcement which is parallel to the outer face is located at a short distance from the outer face and near to the inner end of the passageways. The reinforcement has in the region of each passageway an opening for the passage of the head of the fixing bolt when this head extends in a direction parallel to the longitudinal axis of the reinforcement. Two retaining surfaces adjoining the opening retain the head of the bolt when it is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the reinforcement. Arch-shaped members are fixed to the surface of the reinforcement which is adjacent the outer face of the concrete element and have inclined branches which extend into the concrete in a direction opposed to the outer face to a sufficient depth to distribute the forces within the concrete element.

摘要： The composite railway tie has performances which are substantially improved over those of ties of the prior art while it results in a saving in weight of metal necessary and in the cost of manufacture.The reinforcement of this tie comprises a lower assembly and an upper assembly each formed by a folded steel wire defining parallel lengths of wire connected by curved portions. The reinforcement also comprises an S-section tie member including a web which is substantially vertical and contained in the vertical plane of symmetry of the tie and two flanges which are roughly horizontal. This tie member may be manufactured on a press or by cold folding relatively cheap flat steel products.
