Abstract:
A nasal cannula holding assembly includes a pair of straps that each has a plurality of first holes extending therethrough and a plurality of second holes extending therethrough. Each of the straps includes a plurality of first engagements and a plurality of second engagements. Each of the first engagements engages a respective one of the first holes and each of the second engagements engages a respective one of the second holes. In this way a first loop and a second loop are defined on the straps to define a second loop thereby facilitating an oxygen tube of the nasal cannula to be extended therethrough. Thus, the oxygen tube is inhibited from contacting the user's eyes when the nasal cannula is worn.
Abstract:
A method of drilling one or more holes, substantially in situ, in a turbomachine casing includes locating piping including at least one vacuum head within the turbomachine casing in proximity to a hole to be drilled; drilling at least one hole in the casing such that drill chips or shavings caused by the drilling are collected in the vacuum head; and applying a vacuum through the piping to the at least one vacuum head to thereby remove the drill chips or shavings collected in the vacuum head to a location outside the turbomachine casing.
Abstract:
Wildlife enthusiasts and hunters use attractants to increase their chances of being in the presence of desirable wildlife at a designated location. Enthusiasts and hunters use cover scents to mask the human odor thereby helping to prevent scaring the desired wildlife from a designated location. Enthusiasts and hunters use browse supplements to aid the overall health and increase the viability of the natural wildlife population, especially the whitetail deer population. The present invention combines all of these characteristics to attract deer, cover the human scent, and supplement the browse diet of the deer with a high percentage carbohydrate solution that contains other essential nutrients and minerals to increase the overall health of the deer and the wildlife population in general.
Abstract:
Disclosed are alkyl sulfoacetate compositions comprising a sulfonated ester of the formula:RO(CH.sub.2 CHR.sub.1 O).sub.n COCH.sub.2 SO.sub.3 MwhereR represents straight chain alkyl having from about 6 to 20 carbon atoms;R.sub.1 is hydrogen, methyl, or ethyl;n is 0, or an integer of from 1 to 20; andM represents a cation;the composition being substantially free from monochloroacetate salts and monochloroacetic acid. These compositions are prepared by reacting an alkyl chloroester of the formula RO(CH.sub.2 CHR.sub.1 O).sub.n COCH.sub.2 Cl where R, R.sub.1 and n are as defined above with an excess of sodium sulfite in the presence of a sulfitation catalyst at a temperature of at least about 75.degree. C. Also disclosed are oral care compositions comprising these surfactant compositions.
Abstract:
A building containing two rows of squash courts one each side of a central gallery, there being clerestory windows above the gallery, glass walls on each side of the gallery, and divisional walls extending between the gallery glass walls and the side walls so as to form the rows of squash courts each of which receives light through the clerestory windows and glass walls.
