    摘要: A cell culture apparatus and a method for fabricating the cell culture apparatus are disclosed, the method comprises forming at least one fillister on a biomaterial composite layer by photolithography, wherein the biomaterial composite layer contains two gel materials. One is a bio-compatible hydrogel composition having various weight ratio of: 2-hydroxyethylmathacrylate (HEMA), bisphenol A and glycidyl methacrylate (bis-GMA), triethylene glycol dimethacrylate (TEGDMA), r-methacryloxypropyl trimethoxysilane (MAPTMS), α,α-diethoxyacetophenone (DEAP), and the other one is a photo-sensitive silica gel composition.

    摘要: The present invention provides a cell-culturing model and a method for screening compounds which can be applied in treating or preventing hepatic cirrhosis. The cell culturing model comprises a population of hepatocytes and hepatic stellate cells (HSCs) derived from co-culturing, and at least one population of the cells comprises a nucleotide sequence fragment of a reporter gene and a cell specific regulatory sequence. The cell-culturing model of the present invention can be applied in high throughput screening for effective compounds of medication, and also in understanding the functional mechanism of the effective compounds.

    摘要: A micro device for cell culture is disclosed, which cooperates with a fluid and includes: a top plate having an inlet port; a orifice plate having a plurality of orifices; a culture plate having a plurality of culture wells and a plurality of injection ports; and a bottom plate having at least one collecting well and at least one collecting flow channel, wherein, the culture plate is placed between the orifice plate and the bottom plate. The collecting flow channel connects to all regulating orifices in the culture wells and guides the fluid from the culture wells, then receives the fluid in the collecting well. The fluid flows into the orifice plate from the inlet port of the top plate, and then diversifies into the culture plate, then arrives at each culture well by way of the injection ports, and finally collects in the collecting well of the bottom plate.
