摘要: An I/O cell (101) becomes an output state according to a burn-in test mode signal M in a burn-in test and the output of a port output signal setting register (106) is selected in an output signal selecting circuit (105). An instruction for periodically alternately setting “H” and “L” in the port output signal setting register (106) is written in test ROM (103). According to this circuit configuration, in burn-in, “H” and “L” are alternately output from the I/O cell (101) and appropriate stress can be applied to the I/O cell (101).

摘要: A container is formed for a liquid. In order to reduce a volume of the container for a liquid after use thereof, a bellows portion is provided at an axial direction portion of a container main body. A lid member is removed, and liquid within the container for a liquid is discharged from an opening portion. The bellows portion is contracted so that head space can be adjusted and so that a volume of the container main body can be reduced. Further, because the head space can be adjusted, an interior of the container for a liquid is always substantially filled with the liquid so that oxidation of the liquid can be prevented. When the liquid is poured, the bellows portion automatically expands and contracts so that the liquid flows quickly and so that little air is drawn in. Further, if a certain amount or more of the liquid in the interior is discharged, the volume can be reduced, and a volume-reduced state can be maintained by tightly screwing the lid member. When the bellows portion is expanded, the container for a liquid is easy to hold as there are convex and concave portions at the bellows portion.

摘要: A liquid is charged into a container through a liquid charging opening, which is formed at an upper end of the container. The container comprises a bottom for self-support, which is formed at a lower end of the container and causes the container to be supported by itself, and a pleated expansible part, which is formed at a middle region between the upper end and the lower end of the container and which expands or contracts vertically and causes the volume of the container to change due to at least a predetermined value of vertical load when the vertical load is given to the container. The container is fed into a liquid charging system, while the container is being supported by itself and the pleated expansible part is being contracted. Thereafter, when or before the liquid is charged by the liquid charging system into the container, at least the predetermined value of vertical load is given to the container, and the pleated expansible part is thereby caused to expand by a predetermined amount.

摘要: An AC-coupled interface circuit on a semiconductor integrated circuit apparatus performing a bidirectional data transfer via a differential transmission line includes a differential driver, a differential receiver and a potential setting section. The differential driver includes a pair of output terminals connected to a pair of signal lines. The differential receiver includes a pair of input terminals connected to the pair of signal lines. In a data transmission operation, the differential driver converts transmit data to a differential signal to output the differential signal. In a data reception operation, the differential receiver receives a differential signal transferred to the pair of signal lines and converts the differential signal to receive data. The potential setting section sets a potential of the pair of signal lines to a predetermined stable potential before the differential signal is transferred to the pair of signal lines.

摘要: To carry out data processing with low load and at necessary timing even if a high performance device is not used, and to carry out precise data communication. A first communication control part 132 converts a plurality of original data to be transmitted, into fixed length data packets by padding, and informs a second communication control part 122 of actual data lengths of these fixed length data packets, by a FIFO memory 146, and also, transmits these fixed length data to the second communication part 122 by DMA, and thereby, a CPU 123 of the second communication control part 122 restores original data from the fixed length data which was transmitted, at short times and with low load, on the basis of actual data lengths.

摘要: A fault diagnosis device searches for causes of fault of a device under test via a fault tree having a tree structure corresponding to the hardware organization of the device under test, where the nodes of the fault tree correspond to the units of the device under test. Some of the nodes including the root node have three or more child nodes. A test table associated with each node other than a leaf includes: a description of parameters to be detected by detector units; test conditions with respect to the parameters detected by the detector units; and fault probability table representing the fault probability values and the child node names corresponding to the respective patterns of results of the tests. The whole fault tree may be divided into a main fault tree stored in the main memory and fault branch trees stored in auxiliary memory. Then, the fault branch trees are loaded into the main memory when needed.
