摘要: A medical system capable of giving different treatments in a row to a patient comprises a first treatment apparatus, a second treatment apparatus, an operation unit, a memory, a communication unit and a selection switch. The first treatment apparatus has a first treatment unit for a first treatment and a first control part which sends a control signal to the first treatment unit based on a first setting signal for the first treatment. The second treatment apparatus has a second treatment unit for a second treatment different from the first treatment and a second control part which sends a control signal to the second treatment unit based on a second setting signal for the second treatment. The operation unit has an indication part and an operation part, and is capable of inputting the first and second setting signals at different times, and the two signals are then transmitted to the first and second control parts respectively by the communication unit. The memory is capable of storing two groups of data, one of which concerns a first operating screen for the first treatment and the other concerns a second operating screen for the second treatment. Any one of the two groups of data is selectively read from the memory and displayed on the indication part, based on a mode-selection signal which has been inputted through the selection switch for selecting any one of a first-treatment mode and a second-treatment mode.

摘要: A laser treatment apparatus for irradiating an affected part of a patient with a treatment laser beam to treat the affected part is disclosed. The apparatus includes a treatment laser beam irradiation system for emitting and delivering the treatment laser beam of a wavelength in a visible region to irradiate the affected part; an observation system provided with an observation optical system for observing the affected part; a protective filter disposed in an optical path of the observation optical system, for intercepting the treatment beam; a first aiming beam irradiation system for emitting and delivering a first aiming beam of about the same wavelength as the wavelength of the treatment beam to irradiate the affected part; a second aiming beam irradiation system for emitting and delivering a second aiming beam of a different wavelength in a visible region from the wavelength of the treatment beam to irradiate the affected part; and an aiming beam switching system for switching between irradiation of the first aiming beam and irradiation of the second aiming beam.

摘要: A laser treatment apparatus for irradiating an affected part of a patient's eye with a treatment laser beam to treat the affected part is disclosed. The laser treatment apparatus includes treatment beam irradiation section including a first irradiation optical system for irradiating the treatment beam; aiming beam irradiation section including a second irradiation optical system for irradiating an aiming beam, the second irradiation optical system being optically adjusted such that sighting of the treatment beam is completed when the aiming beam forms a predetermined shape on a reflection plane; image pickup section including an image pickup optical system for imaging an area including the affected part of the patient's eye; sighting detection section for processing an image of the aiming beam picked-up by the image pickup section to detect a sighting state; movement detection section for detecting movement in an optical axis direction of at least one of at least a part of the image pickup optical system and at least a part of the irradiation optical system; and determination section for determining a direction in which at least one of at least the part of the image pickup optical system and at least the part of the irradiation optical system is to be moved based on results detected by the sighting detection section and the movement detection section respectively.

摘要: A laser treatment apparatus having a guide beam forming mechanism for guiding a treatment laser beam to a diseased part, including a laser beam irradiation optical system which irradiates the diseased part with the treatment laser beam, a target for obtaining a position of the central fovea of a patient's eye which is projected to the fundus, and a fixation mark for fixing the patient's eye so that the central fovea is located at a predetermined position with respect to the target. With the laser treatment apparatus, the central fovea of a patient's eye is easily judged, and, even for a patient's eye having reduced central visual acuity, the fixation is stably conducted.

摘要: A laser treatment apparatus for irradiating an affected area of a patient with a treatment laser beam is disclosed. In the apparatus, the treatment laser beam is emitted by a laser source and delivered to the affected area through a treatment laser beam irradiation optical system to irradiate the affected area. An aiming light delivery optical system forms plural aiming light beams so that an optical axis of the treatment laser beam irradiation optical system is put between the aiming light beams, and delivers the plural aiming light beams to the affected area so that the aiming light beams are focused on a position on which the treatment laser beam is to be focused. During this focusing, the aiming beams are being rotated manually or automatically by a manual rotation mechanism or an automatic rotation mechanism. The rotating mode of the aiming beams is selected with a selection switch from a manual rotation mode and an automatic rotation mode.
