摘要： The present invention provides detailed three-dimensional structural information for the complex formed by the Nef protein and the sdAb19 antibody fragment. In addition, the present invention also provides residues which mediate the interaction between the Nef protein and the sdAb19 antibody fragment. The present invention also provides methods for identifying compounds modulating the interaction of the Nef protein and the sdAb19 antibody.
