Abstract:
An electrical connection box is to be attached to an attachment objective member. The electrical connection box includes: a circuit housing that accommodates a circuit substrate; a fuse box that detachably accommodates a fuse element, the fuse box being provided at an upper portion of the circuit housing in a state where the electrical connection box being attached to the attachment objective member; a plurality of bus bars that connect the circuit substrate and the fuse element; and a water-discharge channel that discharges water flowed into the fuse box to outside of the electrical connection box, the water-discharge channel being provided at a lower part of the bus bars in a state where the electrical connection box is attached to the attachment objective member, and at a position between the circuit housing and the fuse box.
Abstract:
An electrical connection box includes a case, a connector, a terminal fitting, a cover, and a restricting member. The case has an opening and houses a circuit forming board including a conductive path. The connector is mounted on the circuit forming board to face an outside from an opening end side of the case. The connector has a fitting surface which faces a board surface of the circuit forming board. The terminal fitting is attached to the connector. The terminal fitting is connected to the conductive path of the circuit forming board by soldering. The cover is attached to the opening of the case. The restricting member is provided with the cover and the connector. The restricting member can restrict a displacement of the connector in a direction where the connector is engaged with an opposing connector.
Abstract:
A power module includes a heat radiating member, a power circuit section, a resin layer, and a case. The heat radiating member includes a circuit disposition surface. The power circuit section includes an external connection terminal and is disposed on the circuit disposition surface. The resin layer covers a part of the external connection terminal. The case is attached to the heat radiating member. The external connection terminal stands up from the heat radiating member. The case includes a hood, which has an opening at one end portion thereof. The external connection terminal is inserted into the hood. The resin layer prevents liquid from entering through the hood.

Abstract:
A terminal portion of non-implementation branch path branched from a input terminal is disposed within a fuse box. A switching member separated from the input terminal is implemented in an implementation branch path. The terminal portion of the non-implementation branch path is connected to one end terminal portion of the implementation branch path via fuse. The other end terminal portion of the implementation branch path is connected to tan output terminal fitting.

An electrical connection box includes: a case having an opening, the case housing a circuit forming board having a conductive path; a connector being attached to an attachment surface of the case at end side of the opening, the connector being mounted on the circuit forming board; a terminal fitting being attached to the connector and connected to the conductive path of the circuit forming board by soldering; and an attachment member being provided between the attachment surface of the case and the connector. The attachment member allows a displacement of the connector by pressing the connector against an attachment surface of the case.
Abstract:
The storage box employs an inner box surrounded by an outer box. The inner box houses an electronic control unit. Between the two boxes is a space in which air circulates to cool the electronic control unit. A hole in the inner box is sealed with a filter that is impervious to water but allows air to freely pass. Thus, the electronic control unit is cooled without being damaged by water and dirt in the cooling air.
Abstract:
A container for an electronic control unit is provided for preventing heat transmission and entrance of water moisture at a low cost. An electronic control unit (1) is contained in a container (12) which is to be arranged in an engine compartment (2b). The container (12) includes a first box unit (14) and a second box unit (15). The first box unit (14) includes an inner box (20) for containing the electronic control unit (1) and an outer box (21) which defines a first heat removing space (32A) in cooperation with side walls (46a to 47b) of an upper portion of the inner box (20). The second box unit (15) is continuous with a bottom end of the outer box (21) of the first box unit (14) and defines a second heat removing space (32B) in cooperation with side walls (46a to 47b) of a lower portion of the inner box (20) and a bottom wall (48) of the inner box (20). The bottom end of the outer box (21) of the first box unit (14) and an upper end of the second box unit (15) are secured by welding.
Abstract:
A casing 20 surrounding a circuit structure 10 consists of a frame 21, a heat sink 30 located in a rear side of the circuit structure 10 and a cover 60 located in a front side. The frame 21 is in a two-component structure consisting of a first frame member 22 shaped a capital letter C and a second frame member 23 disposed in a rear side of a first terminal part 15A. Thereby, before implementing a switching member 13, the circuit structure 10 can be bonded to the heat sink 30 and, thereafter, the first frame member 22 and the second frame member 23 are separately fixed to the heat sink 30 so that the frame 21 surrounding the circuit structure 10 from the periphery can be completed.
Abstract:
A group of bus bars, forming a power circuit, are adhesively bonded to a surface of a control circuit board. Surface-mounting type relay switches are used as a switching unit for the power circuit. Contact-side terminals of each relay switch are mounted on the bus bar group while coil-side terminals thereof are mounted on the control circuit board. The opening and closing of relay contacts are controlled by a control circuit incorporated in the control circuit board.
