    摘要: A highly volatile electrical/electronic parts surfactant containing a polyether-modified silicone having one polyether chain in the molecule, wherein the surface tension at 25° C. of a 0.01 mass % aqueous solution thereof is 25 mN/m or less, the aforesaid silicone is expressed by the following average structural formula (1), and when heated from room temperature to 200° C. at a rate of 5° C./minute to 200° C. and maintained at a temperature of 200° C. for 100 minutes, the polyether-modified silicone completely volatilizes without leaving any remainder, and a method of manufacturing this highly volatile polyether-modified silicone are disclosed. Short chain polysulfide silanes can be prepared with the industrial advantages of safety, high yields and low cost.

    摘要: A novel organopolysiloxane compound, which has high surface activity to form an emulsion of the water-in-oil type of various hardly emulsifiable materials, is proposed. The organopolysiloxane compound is a dimethylpolysiloxane having two types of modifying groups including polyether or polyoxyalkylene groups on one hand and higher alkyl groups bonded to the silicon atoms through an ether linkage on the other hand bonded to the silicon atoms. Different from conventional dually modified dimethylpolysiloxanes as an emulsifying agent having modifying groups of polyether groups and higher alkyl groups directly bonded to the silicon atoms, the dually modified dimethylpolysiloxane of the invention can be synthesized easily in a one-step process of the reaction in addition to the advantage of excellent emulsifying activity for various kinds of hardly emulsifiable liquids as compared with conventional emulsifying agents.
