    摘要: A method of manufacturing an acoustic surface wave filter includes forming a first and second pair of transducers and a multistrip coupler upon the surface of a piezoelectric medium in a rectangular configuration with the transducers occupying its corners. Each transmitting transducer is diagonally oriented with its respective receiving transducer and the multistrip coupler is interposed between the transmitting and receiving transducers substantially orthogonal to the direction of surface wave propagation. Test signals are applied to each transducer pair to select the most favorable for use. The other pair is disabled. A SWIF manufactured in accordance with the method is disclosed having one pair of transducers disabled.

    摘要: In one example, network device includes a control unit having one or more hardware-based microprocessors and an interface. The interface can receive a first time synchronization message from a master device that comprises a first TTL value. The first TTL value can be indicative of a number of hops traversed by the first time synchronization message. The interface can subsequently receive a second time synchronization message from the master device that comprises a second TTL value that is is indicative of a number of hops traversed by the second time synchronization message. The network device can also include a timing module that determines a time adjustment based at least in part on the determination that the first and second TTL values are different, and applies the time adjustment to update the time of the network device.

    摘要: A surface acoustic wave device wherein the interdigitated fingers are capacitively weighted with decreasing capacitance from the center of the transducer to the ends thereof has an improved response in the frequency passband in that the dip therein is substantially diminished, if not eliminated, when the interdigitated fingers of the transducer are of the split-connected form except adjacent at the ends of the transducer where the interdigitated fingers are of the split-isolated form, or all of the interdigitated fingers are of the split-isolated form. The increased surface acoustic wave reflection occurring at the end fingers where the weighting capacitors are small is overcome by the decreased surface acoustic wave reflection resulting from the increased impedance of the split-isolated fingers.
