摘要： A method and apparatus for recording a broadcast program, by which a user can know whether a program the user wants to record will be rebroadcasted using electronic program guide (EPG) information, thereby allowing the user to choose whether to continue or cancel recording of the broadcast program. The method includes: searching whether a broadcast program that a user wants to record will be rebroadcasted using information about the broadcast program included in a broadcast signal; and displaying information about whether the broadcast program will be rebroadcasted to the user according to the searching result such that the user can decide whether to continue or cancel recording of the broadcast program.

摘要： In a method of forming patterns of a semiconductor device, a to-be-etched layer is formed on a semiconductor substrate. First etch mask patterns are formed over the to-be-etched layer. An auxiliary layer is formed on the first etch mask patterns and the to-be-etched layer. The auxiliary layer is thicker on upper sidewalls of the first etch mask patterns than on lower sidewalls thereof. Second etch mask patterns are formed in concave portions of the auxiliary layer. The auxiliary layer between the first and second etch mask patterns is removed. The to-be-etched layer is patterned using the first and second etch mask patterns as an etch mask.

摘要： A method and apparatus for recording a non-recorded part of a partially recorded broadcast program, e.g., the recording starts from the middle of the broadcast program, is provided. The broadcast program recording apparatus includes a control unit, which when a broadcast program that a user is watching is selected to be recorded and at least a part of the broadcast program is not recorded, requests a program compensator to compensate for the non-recorded part of the broadcast program; the program compensator recording the non-recorded part of the broadcast program at the request of the control unit; and a storage unit storing the recorded broadcast program. If a user instantly wants to record a broadcast program, the broadcast program recording apparatus compensates for a non-recorded part of the broadcast program before the recording started, thereby completely recording the broadcast program.
