Abstract:
The present invention relates to a class of compounds and to diagnostic compositions containing such compounds where the compounds are iodine containing compounds. More specifically the iodine containing compounds are chemical compounds containing a benzene scaffolding moiety allowing for the arrangement of three iodinated phenyl groups bound thereto. The invention also relates to the use of such diagnostic compositions as contrast agents in diagnostic imaging and in particular in X-ray imaging and to contrast media containing such compounds.

The invention relates to an apparatus to be mounted on an agricultural sprayer with the purpose of decreasing the drift and improving the deposition, penetration and uniformity of distribution when applying liquids, such as pesticides and liquid plant nutrients, the use of the apparatus and a method of manufacturing a movable part in one piece. The apparatus comprises a movable part (A) on which a sheet (B) and a sprayer (C) are mounted, which movable part (A) is mounted on a boom (D), and is characterized in that the movable part (A) is manufactured in one piece of an elastic material and is stiffened and weakened in sections and in mounting and use has the shape of a parallelogram.

A container (2) adapted to avoid peak temperatures of water delivered from a heat exchanger (1) is provided with interior reinforcing means (9-11, FIG. 1; 13-13′″, FIGS. 5-18) connecting opposite parts of the wall (2′) of the container (2). Even with a thin container wall this makes it possible to use a box shaped container design without risk of deformations due to variations in the water pressure. The reinforcing means may consist of stacked interconnected plates (13-13′″)—e.g. having the same form and size as plates (12-12″) used in a plate heat exchanger connected to the container (2).

The invention relates to a heat treatment process for disinfection of seeds from pathogens and other undesirable fungi and bacteria, the process being characterized by supply to the seeds non water-borne heat while regulating the treatment time and temperature with regard to the condition and moisture content of the seeds in such a way that the seeds are heated from outside and in, while evaporation of moisture from the surface of the seed, and owing to that, cooling of the same is prevented and no changes in the moisture content occur.
