The present disclosure relates to an implant for pelvic and hip plasty, more particularly, to an implant for pelvic and hip plasty to increase a pelvis and hip volume of a human, the implant for pelvic and hip plasty includes an outer cover which has an interior space, includes an elastic material, and is to be placed in pelvis and hip tissues, a polymer gel filled in the interior space of the outer cover, and a flange portion which protrudes from an edge of the outer cover and is in close contact with and fixed to an iliac crest of a human.

An encoding apparatus and a decoding apparatus in a transform between a Modified Discrete Cosine Transform (MDCT)-based coder and a different coder are provided. The encoding apparatus may encode additional information to restore an input signal encoded according to the MDCT-based coding scheme, when switching occurs between the MDCT-based coder and the different coder. Accordingly, an unnecessary bitstream may be prevented from being generated, and minimum additional information may be encoded.

The present research relates to controlling rendering of multi-object or multi-channel audio signals. The present research provides a method and apparatus for controlling rendering of multi-object or multi-channel audio signals based on spatial cues in a process of decoding the multi-object or multi-channel audio signals. To achieve the purpose, the method suggested in the research controls rendering in a spatial cue domain in the process of decoding the multi-object or multi-channel audio signals.

Provided is a method and apparatus for generating a side information bitstream of a multi-object audio signal. The apparatus for generating a side information bitstream of a multi-object audio signal includes a spatial cue information input unit configured to receive spatial cue information generated in an encoder of the multi-object audio signal, a preset information input unit configured to receive preset information for the multi-object audio signal, and a side information bitstream generator configured to generate the side information bitstream based on the spatial cue information and the preset information. The side information bitstream includes a header region and a frame region, and the preset information is included in the frame region.
Abstract:
The present disclosure provides channel sensing in an efficient manner in a cognitive radio MAC protocol and improves channel utilization. Proposed is an Adaptive Channel Sensing (ACS) for variably sensing a channel in accordance with a Fixed Channel Sensing (FCS) and a channel state so as to perform the channel sensing in an efficient manner while reducing the power consumption of a terminal. Further proposed is a self-scheduling mechanism which enables multiple terminals to simultaneously transceive data by means of a slot-based contention on the basis of the results of the FCS and ACS, which are proposed by the present disclosure.

Provided are a method for creating, editing and reproducing a multi-object audio content file for an object-based audio service and a method for creating audio presets. The multi-object audio content file creating method includes creating a plurality of frames for each audio object forming an audio content; and creating a multi-object audio content file by grouping and storing the frames according to each reproduction time. This invention can enhance functions of the object-based audio service and make it easy to access to each audio object of an audio content file.

Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for separating sound sources capable of learning distributions of corresponding sound sources based on the assumption that specific sound sources have specific distributions based on interchannel correlation parameter in audio signals providing space perception through a plurality of channels to separate an amount corresponding to energy contribution of the corresponding sound sources from mixture signals. Exemplary embodiments of the present invention can more precisely predict the channel distributions of the specific sound sources included in the input mixture signals and more accurately separate sound sources than a method for separating a sound source based on the channel according to the related art, under conditions that general channel distribution information of the specific sound sources are approximately modeled.

Method of performing cooperative communication in wireless LAN includes determining, by receiver, whether cooperative communication is necessary based on transmission request signal provided from transmitter, when it is determined that the cooperative communication is necessary, transmitting, by the receiver, transmission response signal instructing the cooperative communication, overhearing, by a plurality of devices, the transmission response signal instructing the cooperative communication, transmitting, by at least one of the devices, response signal for supporting relaying to the transmitter, selecting, by the transmitter, a relay based on the response signal, transmitting, by the transmitter, data to the relay, and attaching, by the relay, data of the relay to the data transmitted by the transmitter and transmitting result data to the receiver. Thus, average transmission rate of wireless LAN can be improved with minimized overhead, and additional transmission opportunity can be provided to relaying device, thereby properly rewarding relaying device.

An apparatus and method for deciding an adaptive noise level for bandwidth extension are provided. The apparatus includes a noise level decider for deciding a high-band noise level for bandwidth extension according to tonality of an input signal, a pitch frequency analyzer for detecting a pitch frequency of the input signal and analyzing correlation between the detected pitch frequency and a frequency channel, and a noise level controller for adaptively controlling the decided high-band noise level based on the analyzed correlation of the pitch frequency and the frequency channel.
