    摘要: An infrared thermometer such that the measurand includes no error which may be caused due to the transmission of the heat from an object (especially, an external auditory canal), into which a probe is inserted to the probe, to a waveguide and an infrared sensor. In a temperature detecting section where an infrared sensor (40), a waveguide (60) and a temperature sensor (68) are provided in a probe (20), a second thermally conductive tube (34) is so provided between the probe (20) and the waveguide (60) as to be heat insulated from the waveguide (60) and the infrared sensor (40). Thus, the heat from the probe (20) is not transmitted to the waveguide (60) and the infrared sensor (40).

    摘要: A liquid spray apparatus includes a liquid storage part storing a liquid, a vibratory source including a leading end, a recess being formed in a surface of the leading end, and a mesh member including a large number of micropores and arranged to abut on the surface of the leading end of the vibratory source. The liquid is supplied from the outside of the leading end to the surface and the recess of the leading end. The liquid supplied to the surface and the recess of the leading end is discharged in an atomized manner through the micropores by vibrations of the vibratory source. This liquid spray apparatus can stably spray the liquid with the vibratory source and the mesh member.

    摘要: An ultrasonic atomizer utilizing surface acoustic waves is disclosed. The atomizer comprises an oscillator (11) generating surface acoustic waves, and a porous thin plate (12a) having a number of through holes arranged on n oscillating surface of the oscillator with a small clearance. A liquid (19) in a liquid container (18) is aspirated into the small clearance part between the oscillator and the porous thin plate by vibration by the surface acoustic waves or by capillarity. Vibration of the surface acoustic waves is transmitted to the porous thin plate (12a) through the liquid in the small clearance part, and a small quantity of liquid penetrating into holes of this thin plate is atomized by the vibration and sprayed to the exterior. According to this atomizer, it is possible to perform atomization by employing a battery of small power, and the balance between the supply quantity of the liquid and the atomization quantity can be kept excellent.
