Therefore, a coefficient of a friction between the pads and the magnetic disk can be reduced, and the wear of the pads can be prevented. The method further includes the steps of: e) implementing a UV curing process on the surface of the protection layer between the step c) and d), so that a ratio of the bonding layer part in the lubrication layer is increased.
