摘要： A magnetic semiconductor material having magnetization characteristics and a method for preparing the same is provided.In the method for preparing the magnetic semiconductor, Mn is vapor-deposited at a thickness of 200 to 300 Å onto a CdGeP2 single crystal (2) while the CdGeP2 single crystal (2) is maintained at a temperature of about 390° C. in a molecular beam epitaxy apparatus (1). The Mn-deposited CdGeP2 single crystal is heated at a temperature of about 510° C. for 1 hour. Thus, a magnetic semiconductor comprising CdMnGeP2 and having magnetization characteristics at room temperature is prepared.

摘要： A disc recording and/or reproducing device includes a disc compartment that has a plurality of disc mounts placed one upon another, on which discs are mounted. The device also includes a recording and/or reproducing mechanism for selectively recording and/or reproducing a disc mounted on one of the plurality of disc mounts. An injection mechanism is included for ejecting the disc mounted on the disc mount. A control mechanism is included that moves along a line substantially perpendicular to the placing direction and is configured to start the recording and/or reproducing mechanism when in a first position and start the ejection mechanism when reaching a second position on another side of the line.

Further, there is provided separating cams (82) for forming spaces at both side of the tray (2) having a CD to be reproduced, by the movement in the fore-and-aft direction. Holding means for holding and rotating the CD are inserted to the spaces formed by the separating cams (82) to hold the CD. Thereafter, by pushing down the plate springs (2e) which has pushed and caught the CD in the tray (2) by means of peripheral portions (82x) of lower faces of upper stage entering portions (82j) of the separating cams (82), the CD is released and the tray (2) is pushed down to be separated from the CD. This enables the reproduction at the same position as the supporting position, and thereby it becomes possible to make the apparatus small in size.

摘要： A process for treating NF3 useful as a dry etching gas and cleaning gas in processes for producing LSI, TFT, and solar cell and in an electron photographic processes. The treating process comprises following step: (a) preparing a reactor including agitator blades for agitating gas in the reactor and generating a flow of the gas, and a gas flow guide tube for efficiently circulating and dispersing the gas flow generated by the agitator blades in a space of the reactor; (b) stationarily placing at least one substance selected from the group consisting of a metal and a metal compound within a reactor, the metal being at least one metal selected from the group consisting of Si, B, W, Mo, V, Se, Te and Ge, the metal compound being at least one metal compound selected from the group consisting of solid compounds of Si, B, W, Mo, V, Se, Te and Ge: (c) introducing a gas containing NF3 into the reactor to react the introduced gas with at least one substance of the metal and the metal compound at a temperature ranging from 400 to 900° C. upon operating the agitator blades of the reactor so as to form a fluoride gas; and (d) capturing the fluoride gas.

摘要： A nonexplosive chemical composition for gently and noiselessly breaking a rock or concrete mass. The composition comprises a principal component which is prepared by calcining a starting mixture comprising 100 parts by weight of quick lime and 1-20 parts by weight of calcium fluoride. In rock or concrete breaking operations, this composition in the form of aqueous slurry is poured into drill-holes and left to spontaneously hydrate and set with development of expansion pressure. For adequate retardation of the hydration, preferably a second fluoride such as Na.sub.2 SiF.sub.6 which gives CaF.sub.2 by reaction with CaO at the calcination temperature is added to the starting mixture. As an alternatively preferable method for the same purpose, an amino acid compound and/or a lignosulfonate is used as a hydration retarding agent which is mixed with the calcined principal component. Various auxiliary agents may optionally be added to this composition.
