    摘要: In order to provide a laser spectroscopy system of simple construction and free of the effect of the fringe noise and to provide a laser spectroscopy system in which a reference cell is efficiently installed with minimum cost and space, there is disclosed a laser spectroscopy system comprising: a tunable laser diode source for generating a laser beam used for spectroscopic analysis; a sample cell where a sample gas is introduced; a first photo detector for measuring an intensity of a laser beam transmitted through the sample cell and having a beam receiving face; a beam splitter for splitting a portion of the laser beam from the laser source; and a second photo detector for measuring an intensity of a splitted laser beam from the beam splitter and having a beam receiving face, wherein the at least one of beam receiving faces is tilted to be at a predetermined angle from an axis of laser beam.

    摘要: A nonvolatile semiconductor storage device includes a row decoder which independently controls a plurality of row select line groups. A negative voltage generated by a debooster circuit is applied to individual row select line groups with time shifts. As a result, peaks of erase current can be suppressed, so that consumption current can be reduced. In this device, a current limiting circuit of the booster circuit limits the consumption current of the booster circuit, allowing voltages to be generated within a range under a specified current value according to the conditions of voltage application to the individual row select line groups. Thus, a further reduction of the consumption current at a shorter scale can be achieved.

    摘要: A fixed disk storage unit is mounted in a protective outer case, and is supported at one end by a flexible cable which connects a connector of the protective outer case with the fixed disk storage unit in the protective outer case, and supported at the other end by using elastic shock absorbers against the elasticity of the flexible cable. A head/disk enclosure including a rotatable disk and a head actuator of the fixed disk storage unit therein, and an electronic card on which electronic circuits are mounted, are placed abreast on substantially the same plane in the protective outer case, and the head/disk enclosure is supported by the shock absorbers. This construction provides a shockproof and portable disk storage apparatus which is small-sized and whose manufacturing process is simple.

    摘要: A collimator for a scintillator, having a number of through holes formed side by side, each for guiding and passing radiation from one end thereof to an other end and focusing the radiation at a predetermined position, including a frame made of a radiation shielding material, and defining a radiation transparent field of view, and a septa section provided in a lattice form in the field of view so as to define the through holes. The septa section includes a plurality of first partition plates arranged at substantially equal intervals and a plurality of second partition plates crossing the first partition plates in a lattice form. The first and second partition plates are made of a material, preferably tungsten or lead alloy, that sheilds the radiation. A plurality of focused slits are formed in at least either the first or second partition plates with the other partition plates being fitted in the slits.
