摘要: The air flow rate of a fan driven by a motor controlled by an adjustable speed control equipment is automatically controlled by stopping the adjustable speed control equipment in response to a fault signal therefrom during operation with an inlet vane installed upstream of the fan in fully open state, simultaneously throttling the inlet vane at a preset speed to a degree of opening appropriate for the load by means of a control circuit, and, after a period for reduction of residual voltage of the motor, changing over to operation of the fan by a commercial power supply thereby to shift to control by the degree of opening of the inlet vane.

摘要: A waste heat power generation system of a cement calcination plant includes: an AQC boiler having an economizer, an evaporator and a superheater; and a PH boiler having a first evaporator and a superheater. The PH boiler, in addition to the evaporator and the superheater, has a second evaporator on a PH exhaust gas exit side, and a returned hot water from a flasher is introduced into the second evaporator via a steam drum. A hot water heated by the second evaporator is introduced into the steam drum, and a steam from the steam drum is introduced into the low-pressure stage of the steam turbine.

摘要: In a cement burning plant waste heat power generation system, an AQC boiler comprises an economizer, an evaporator and a superheater, and a PH boiler comprises a first evaporator and a superheater. A part of hot water heated by the economizer of the AQC boiler is fed through a flasher to the low pressure stage of a stream turbine, another part is superheated by the evaporator and the superheater of the AQC boiler, and further one part is superheated by the evaporator and the superheater of the PH boiler and these high pressure steams are fed to the high pressure stage of the stream turbine. The PH boiler is provided with a second evaporator on the outlet side of PH waste gas in addition to the evaporator and the superheater, and return hot water of the flasher is introduced into the second evaporator through a steam drum. Hot water heated by the second evaporator is introduced into the steam drum and its steam is fed to the low pressure stage of the stream turbine.

摘要: A direct coal fired type gas turbine combined power generation system comprises a pressurized gasifier provided with a gas outlet, a gas cooling unit provided for the gas outlet of the pressurized gasifier, a high temperature dust collector unit connected through a line to a gas cooling unit, a gas turbine combustor connected through a line to the dust collector unit, a gas turbine connected through a line to the gas turbine combustor, a gas turbine generator connected through an output shaft to the gas turbine, a heat recovery boiler connected to the gas turbine, a gas refining unit disposed in association with the heat recovery boiler and connected through a line at an upstream side thereof to the gas cooling unit, a steam turbine connected through a line to a downstream side of the heat recovery boiler and the gas cooling unit through a line and a steam turbine generator connected through an output shaft to the steam turbine.
