    摘要: A potential distributor is disclosed which comprises a two-layer, flat base rail having a plurality of flat plug tongues which project from the base rail and are oriented transversely with respect to the course of the rail. The two layers of the base rail are made from two folded limbs of an integral strip which are pressed flat against one another. Catch parts on the outer edges of the two folded limb located in longitudinally staggered relationship are used to produce a third layer of sheet metal material in the base rail. Extensions of the edge parts are bent and produce the flat plug tongues.

    摘要: A method of manufacturing a plastic article having micro-openings defined therein by working a semi-finished plastic structure having microrecesses defined on one side thereof, the method including, in the order recited, providing a semi-finished plastic structure having opposing first and second sides, wherein the first side of the opposing sides has microrecesses defined therein; filling the semi-finished plastic structure to cover the microrecesses with a substance which is hardenable and selectively removable; hardening the substance; machining the surface of the hardened substance to smooth it; clamping the semi-finished plastic structure onto a vacuum tensioning device with the smoothed surface of the hardened substance in contact with the vacuum tensioning device; machining the second side of the opposing sides of the semi-finished plastic structure until the microrecesses of the first side are at least partially exposed thereby defining micro-openings in the structure; and removing the hardened substance selectively from the microrecesses.

    摘要: A battery disconnection system (10) for a motor vehicle comprising a rod (12) having a longitudinal axis (A), an external threaded surface (14) extending from one end and a cylindrical member (16) extending coaxially with the rod (12), from the other end. Reversible drive means (20,22,24) engage the threaded surface (14). A first annular member (30) coaxial and in sliding contact with the cylindrical member (16). A second annular member (32) coaxial and in sliding contact with the cylidrical member (16). Either annular member being connectable with a motor vehicle battery. The other annular member being connectable with a starter motor and/or a generator (38) of a motor vehicle. The reversible drive means (20,22,24) moves the rod (12) in a longitudinal direction (X) between a first position in which the cylindrical member (16) engages and electrically connects the annular members (30,32) for normal operation of the motor vehicle, and a second position in which the cylindrical member (16) is disengaged from one of the annular members (30,32) during sensed adverse conditions such as a vehicle crash.
