摘要: An infant care apparatus includes a base. A drive mechanism and a vibratory mechanism are coupled to the base. A movable stage is movably mounted to the base. An infant support is coupled to the movable stage. The drive mechanism imparts a first cyclic motion to the movable stage, and imparts a second cyclic motion to at least part of the movable stage independent of the first cyclic motion and to the vibratory mechanism so that the vibration motor vibrates the movable stage. The infant support is coupled to the movable stage and moves cyclically in both the first and second cyclic motions. The controller is configured to move the infant support in a selectably variable motion profile with selectable vibration modes selected from different selectably variable motion profiles and selectably different vibration modes for each of the different selectable variable motion profiles.

The drive section is coupled to the infant holder and has a motor configured to generate one or more of an action and a motion of the infant holder. The biometric sensor is configured to observe at least one characteristic of an infant within the infant holder. The controller is configured to employ a neural network or state machine that is communicably coupled to the biometric sensor and the drive section, where the controller registers sensor data from the biometric sensor and effects, through the neural network or the state machine, a change in the one or more of the action and the motion of the infant holder.

摘要: Provided is a child restraint system (CRS) with automated installation that provides automated feedback and control of seat installation angle, belt latching and tightening, and confirmation of correct install. The CRS utilizes sensors to monitor CRS base angle relative to level, confirm correct latching of the CRS to its base and then to the vehicle seat, and confirm tightening of the belts to the required tension to be crashworthy. The stepwise operation and confirmation of the installation procedure may be operated via button(s) or other tactical input, and relayed to the user via electronic visual display and/or audible means. All operations will be overseen and processed by an integrated control system, affording minimal user decision or interface. An intelligent latching device which can be adapted for use with an existing CRS is also provided.

The actuator can be a leveling actuator or a tensioning actuator, for example. The actuator can be an inflatable airbag or a deployable piston, for example.

The right end and the left end respectively are slidably connected to a portion of the right side and the left side of the frame. The stroller can include at least one stand structure connected to the frame and configured to maintain the stroller in a substantially upright orientation when the stroller is in the closed position.

摘要: A child seat or child restraining system for securing a child to a vehicle seat, and method of installing the car seat are provided. The child seat, which is configured to be secured to a seat of a vehicle, includes: a seat base secured to the seat of the vehicle; a child receiving portion supported by the seat base; and a belt tensioning system incorporated into the seat base. The belt tensioning system is configured to receive a belt that couples the seat base to the seat of the vehicle. The child seat also includes a controller operatively connected to the belt tensioning system and configured to automatically actuate the belt tensioning system. The belt tensioning system may be configured to drive the at least one belt in a pay-in direction to apply tension to the at least one belt.

摘要: A stroller is provided which includes a right frame and a left frame. Each frame has a front support rotatably connected to a rear support at a frame joint. The front support of each frame is a telescoping tube assembly. The stroller further includes a linkage comprising at least two substantially rigid members connected between the right frame and the left frame, the rigid members being connected to the front supports at a right slideable joint and a left slidable joint. The joints are received within the slot of the outer tube. A drive mechanism coupled to the right or left frame is also provided. The front support and the rear support of the right frame and the left frame are movable from an open position to a closed position by the drive mechanism.
