    摘要: In an air conditioning system for automobiles including a temperature control apparatus having temperature setting device for setting a vehicle compartment temperature, a temperature sensing device for sensing an actual vehicle compartment temperature, a temperature difference signal device for generating a difference signal in accordance with a difference between the set vehicle compartment temperature and the sensed actual vehicle compartment temperature, and air flow control device for controlling the rate of air flow from a blower so as to provide varying air flow rates up to a maximum air flow rate in accordance with the value of the difference signal, a detecting device for detecting that the air condition system is at a heating operation, and a control arrangement responsive to the output from the detecting device and the value of the difference signal for controlling the air flow rate control device so that the rate of air flow from the blower is maintained at a predetermined flow rate which is less than the maximum air flow rate independent of the difference between the set temperature and the actual vehicle compartment temperature when the difference exceeds a predetermined value.

    摘要: An evaporator including a side plate formed with a number of openings each having rigidly secured therein the upper end portion of one of a number of U-shaped refrigerant tubes, a cover plate attached to the upper surface of the side plate and formed, by recessing its inner surface, with a plurality of bend sections each intercommunicating the upper end portions of the two tubes of the adjacent U-shaped refrigerant tubes forming a set, a distributor section for supplying a suitable refrigerant to refrigerant passages provided by the U-shaped tubes and the bend sections, a manifold section for collecting the refrigerant from the refrigerant passages and discharging same therefrom, and an expansion valve section extending between the distributor section and the manifold section in a manner to intercommunicate the two sections, and an expansion valve assembly mounted in the expansion valve section. In this evaporator, the refrigerant supplied through a high pressure refrigerant pipe connected to the cover plate passes through a valve section of the expansion valve assembly into the distributor section, from which the refrigerant flows through the tortuous refrigerant passages provided by the U-shaped tubes and the bend sections. The refrigerant changes into a gaseous state while flowing through the refrigerant passages, and the gaseous refrigerant is collected in the manifold section, from which it passes through a control section of the expansion valve assembly into a low pressure refrigerant pipe.

    摘要: Sheet tobacco according to the present invention includes a carrier sheet made of nonwoven plant fibers, and a tobacco powder layer formed on the carrier sheet and containing a powder mixture of tobacco lamina powder and binder powder. In a sheet tobacco manufacturing process according to the present invention, a carrier sheet of plant fibers is formed by a nonwoven fabric production process, a tobacco powder layer is formed by spreading the powder mixture on the carrier sheet, and a cover sheet of plant fibers is optionally formed on the tobacco powder layer. Subsequently, the carrier sheet, the tobacco powder layer and the optical cover sheet are all together subjected to heating and pressing, thereby producing sheet tobacco with a two- or three-layer structure. The present invention also provides a manufacturing system for carrying out the sheet tobacco manufacturing process.
