The power transmission system being equipped with a belt-type continuously variable transmission having a drive shaft and a driven shaft. The belt-type continuously variable transmission being disposed below the axis of the crankshaft wherein the torque from the crankshaft is transmitted to the drive shaft for rotating the crankshaft and the drive shaft rotate in opposite directions. An output shaft, linked and interlocked with the driven shaft via a gear transmission system, is disposed above the continuously variable transmission. A gear transmission mechanism includes a single idle shaft, which has an axis parallel to the crankshaft, and being arranged between the driven shaft and the output shaft for rotating the driven shaft and the output shaft in the same direction.

The power transmission device includes, in addition to a start clutch, a transmission input clutch for disconnecting power transmitted from an internal combustion engine to a transmission when the internal combustion engine starts.     摘要: A twin clutch device wherein a second clutch is arranged coaxially and radially inside of a first clutch outer which forms an annular plate portion. One clutch inners of both clutches is arranged between a clutch member which constitutes a portion of the outer of the first and second clutches and an annular plate portion. Lifter pins have axes arranged parallel to a rotary axis of first and second clutches and axially movably penetrate both clutch inners to bring one ends thereof into contact with pressure plates. First and second drive control members are capable of applying control forces to disconnect the first and second clutches against spring forces of first and second clutch springs. A second clutch outer is rotated together with the first clutch outer and is arranged coaxially with the first clutch. A pair of clutch outers are connected in a relatively non-rotatable manner with each other.

    摘要: A clutch mechanism for a hydrostatic continuously variable transmission has a hydraulic circuit including a high pressure oil path for feeding working oil from a hydraulic pump to a hydraulic motor and a low pressure oil path for feeding working oil from the hydraulic motor to the hydraulic pump. The clutch mechanism is located between the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic motor. A clutch valve is arranged on the transmission shaft and is slid by a centrifugal governor to cause the oil paths to be shortened. A cam plate member is arranged on the transmission shaft. A roller is engaged with the cam plate member and is moved outwardly in a diametrical direction by a centrifugal force. A roller bearing member receives a roller pressing force through outward motion of the roller. A pressure plate and shaft of the roller bearing member are separately formed and thereafter integrally formed.
