摘要： A plurality of controlled units are connected with each other by communication lines for bidirectional communication. Each of the controlled units has a computer for controlling the bidirectional communication between the controlled units through the communication lines. The computer has a transmitting device responsive to a command from a remote controller to apply a response preparing data to the other controlled units, a receiving device for receiving response preparing data from the other controlled units. A precedence is give to each controlled unit. When the precedence of the unit itself is higher than that of the other controlled unit, a wireless response is applied to the remote controller.

摘要： A remote control signal processing device includes a signal receiving unit that receives a remote control signal from a remote control apparatus, demodulating means that generates and outputs signal data corresponding to the format and code of the received remote control signal, a memory unit for storing the signal data of the received remote control signal and having storage areas associated with control signals, operating keys that are associated with the storage areas and select the storage areas, a select switch selectively sets a recording mode or an operating mode, and a control unit which, when the select switch is set into the recording mode, writes the signal data of the received remote control signal into one of the storage areas associated with a depressed one of the operating keys and which, when the select switch is set into the operating mode, sequentially reads out the loaded signal data from the memory unit for comparison with the signal data of the received remote control signal, the control unit supplying a machine with control signals associated with the storage areas where the signal data found to match the received signal data has been written.

摘要： An output memory circuit device for and method of providing protection to an integrity of data stored in an external memory circuits during an output operation utilizing the data. Control means selectively controls activation of an external memory to an active state and an inactive back-up state, and obtains data from the external memory circuit during times corresponding to the active state. Storage circuit receives and temporarily stores data supplied by the control circuit and processing circuit receives and processes data fed from the storage circuit and outputs processed data to an output circuit. The control circuit selectively controls an activation of the external memory circuit to the inactive back-up state during times when receiving and processing is conducted to receive and process data fed from the storage circuit and output processed data to the output circuit.

摘要： A MIDI apparatus and a MIDI system wherein an operation ON signal for starting operation to a MIDI instrument and an operation OFF signal for stopping the operation are obtained and supplied to the MIDI instrument in response to a MIDI format signal included in a subcode signal generated during play of a record medium play apparatus. If the play state of the record medium play apparatus becomes discontinuous, such as a pause after the operation ON signal is supplied to the MIDI instrument and before the operation OFF signal corresponding to the operation ON signal is obtained, the operation OFF signal is forcedly supplied to the MIDI instrument. Thereby such the sound of the MIDI instrument is stopped when there is a discontinuous play state after the operation ON signal is supplied to the MIDI instrument and before the operation OFF signal corresponding to the operation ON signal would ordinarily be supplied.
