Abstract: A fuel module system is provided. The fuel module system can be mounted on a chassis of a vehicle and deliver a material from a container to an engine at a regulated pressure and a target temperature for optimization of the vehicle. The flow of material can be from the one or more containers to the fuel module system and then to a portion of the engine, wherein the material housed within the one or more containers has a first temperature, a first pressure, and a first flow rate and at the delivery to the portion of engine, the material is adjusted by the fuel module system.

Abstract: An LPG reclaim system for withdrawing and reclaiming liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) from an unspent LPG cylinder. The reclaim system has a reclaim station for reclaiming unspent LPG from LPG bottle containers, a compressor for applying a vacuum on the reclaim station and pressurizing LPG vapor from the reclaimed LPG fluid, and a receiving tanlc for receiving a stream of pressurized liquid LPG. The reclaim system has a pair of shell-and-tube heat exchangers include cold-side tubes and a hot side shell. The reclaimed LPG fluid is passed through the cold-side tubes, while the pressurizing LPG vapor is passed through the hot-side shell of the heat exchanger. The heat applied to the cold-side reclaimed LPG fluid promotes evaporation of the LPG fluid to LPG vapor for pressurizing, and the cooling applied to the hot-side pressurized LPG vapor promotes condensation of the LPG vapor to LPG liquid for the refill containers.

Abstract: A support system is provided for a vehicle. The support system can include one or more bracket assemblies in which each includes a coupling member and a curved member in which the coupling member is affixed to a structure of the vehicle. A housing can be supported by the one or more bracket assemblies in which the housing encloses a container that stores a material such that the housing protects the container and the material. The support system provides movement between a length of the container so as to reduce deterioration of the support system.

Abstract: Provided is a system and method for securing a seal between a thermoplastic liner and a metal boss for a composite cylinder. A metal boss can be integrated with a thermoplastic liner during a molding process. A bushing can be inserted into the metal boss and coupled thereto via threading. The bushing can further include a relief space region having a sidewall that is deformed from a first position to a second position in order to decrease a distance of the metal boss to the sidewall of the bushing, wherein the decrease provides a seal between the metal boss and the thermoplastic liner.
