摘要: An electric machine with a rotor and a stator, especially an electric motor or a generator, preferably for a power plant, wherein the stator has a winding with several winding bars which, in the area of an axial core face, are each connected via a phase connector bar to a terminal of the stator winding so as to be electrically conductive. Several phase connector bars extend between their ends in a ring segment manner along the circumference of the stator and rest internally and radially on at least one support. Several such supports are distributed along the circumference in the area of the core face. On at least one support, there is a phase connector bar between two stationary axial stops; with its inside, said phase connector bar is axially in contact with the first axial stop or with a spacer, and with its outside, it is axially in contact with the second axial stop or with a spacer. At least one pretensioning device is provided which uses axial spring force to press the phase connector bar against the corresponding axial stop and/or against the corresponding spacer so that contact is made.

摘要: An arrangement for sealing the slots, which are filled with conductor bars or coils, in the laminated stator core of an electrical machine by use of slot sealing elements includes an upper prismatic body, on whose underneath a surface runs in an inclined manner, and a lower prismatic body. The upper surface, facing the upper body, runs inclined in the opposite direction to the gradient of the lower surface of the upper body, and actual wedging is effected by relative displacement of the two prismatic bodies with respect to one another.In order to be able to utilize the elasticity of the upper body in the transverse direction in an optimum manner, the force is introduced from the conductor bar or coil to the upper prismatic body, essentially only in its central section, over its entire length. As a consequence, relatively large spring movements in the radial direction are available which, for their part, can compensate better for a seating phenomena in the winding structure. In this way, servicing intervals are extended and the availability of the machine is increased.

摘要: The disclosed waveguide branch separating filter can be modularly constructed of a basic frequency separating filter and of a filter expansion unit. Both the basic frequency separating filter as well as the filter expansion unit are composed of a reactively terminated (including short circuit) feeder waveguide to which the separating filters are coupled. The expansion of the basic frequency separating filter occurs in largely disturbance-free fashion during operation in that the reactive termination (including short circuit) thereof is mechanically replaced by the filter expansion unit and is electrically simulated during the refitting by a short-circuit plate or by short-circuit pins.

摘要: In a gas-cooled electrical machine, the conductor bars (3, 4) in the winding overhang are cooled directly by a flow element of the cooling gas flow which is passed through cooling channels (8) located within the eyes (5a, 5b) of the bar ends. To this end, the bar levels of the winding bars, which are designed as a two-level bar, are spaced apart from one another in the eye region, and thus form a radial cooling channel (8). These radial cooling channels (8) are coupled to the discharge eyes (5b) by pipe connections (10) which are connected electrically, and in terms of the flow, to round connections (20). The cooling channels (9) in the round connections (20) are connected by means of insulating tubes (31) or insulating hoses to an induction area (32) of the machine fan, which is separated from the winding overhang area (30) by a bulkhead wall (33). The invention allows the bar ends and the round connections (20) connected to them in the winding overhang to be cooled optimally, since the cooling is direct.

摘要: A radiation tight connection device for a cable containing a screening mesh or wire which is fixed by clamping. An insert equipped with an insert cone and a collar formed thereat is inserted substantially axially parallel in a conical bore of a screw cap or retaining nut. Provided at the insert cone is an external or outer conical contact surface which corresponds to or is complementary to an inner contact surface of the conical bore of the retaining nut. During assembly the screening wire or mesh is fixed by clamping between both of the contact surfaces. The invention preferably is used in conjunction with plugs or the like.

摘要: The circuit is for driving motors in which there is access to all the ends of the motor winding sections. The circuit is of the type having a set of drive circuit units connected together as a gang in parallel between power source terminals. Each unit includes in series a winding section and a transistor control switch. There is additionally provided an auxiliary circuit with an auxiliary winding and resistor combination which substantially matches the motor winding and resistor combination impedance. The auxiliary winding is used to store the energy from a motor winding section when it is turned off and then to supply the energy to the next motor winding section to be turned on, thus reducing the driving energy needed for the motor and also reducing the current rise and fall times in the windings.
