    摘要: A bending spring or similar component made of fiber compound material is soonstructed that the stress on the fiber reinforcing strands is optimized while the stress on the matrix of resinous impregnating material is reduced. For this purpose fiber inserts divide the matrix of suitable binder material which holds unidirectionally extending reinforcing fibers embedded in the matrix. The fiber inserts have a main fiber orientation extending about radially to the longitudinal bending axis of the spring. The fiber inserts may comprise layers of fiber webbings, for example double layers, whereby the fiber orientation in one webbing may differ from the fiber orientation in the other webbing.

    摘要: In a bending load beam, in particular for the truck or bogie frames of rail vehicles, comprising a fiber composite structure relatively rigid at least in the center of the beam, elastic at the beam end sections, having an upper and a lower fiber cord fashioned as respective upper and lower flanges with the fiber oriented in the longitudinal direction of the beam and with a fiber composite core placed between the fiber cords to maintain their distance, the fiber composite core is composed of fiber composite load webs distributed lamellae-like over the width of the beam. The load webs are oriented in the longitudinal direction of the beam, form the boundaries of hollow chambers, and are bound into the upper and the lower fiber cords. The fibers of the load webs are oriented obliquely to the longitudinal direction of the beam, with which the demands of high torsion resistance, great flexural strength and a defined rigidity increasing from the relatively less rigid end sections toward the beam center are met in ways which do justice to the fiber composite material and save weight.

    摘要: A connecting element, such as a bearing shell, is secured to and end of anrticle of manufacture having a large length relative to its diameter, by a combination of fiber strands or belts forming at least one loop, the ends of which form slings or bights which are anchored to the article by the turns of an anchoring winding extending around the article and through the slings or bights. The loop with its slings or bights is made simultaneously with the formation of the anchoring winding. This type of operation is possible because the turns of the anchoring winding hold down the fiber strands or belts as they are doubled-up to form the loop, preferably endless loops.

    摘要: An impact-absorbing, load-limiting connection device includes a first connection structure, a second connection structure, a guiding mechanism, and at least one impact-absorbing, load-limiting sacrificial element disposed between the first and second connection structure.     摘要: For producing a structural component of fiber-reinforced material by a resin transfer molding process, a preform unit is inserted in a form tool including upper and lower metal molds enclosing the perform unit therebetween, without a seal between the molds. The preform unit includes a resin-impregnatable and curable preform body of reinforcing fibers, and an envelope that encloses the preform body and includes an envelope sleeve and closures with valves at the two ends thereof. The sealed envelope is evacuated around the preform body through one valve, and resin is injected through the other valve. The envelope prevents resin discharge from the unsealed form tool during resin impregnation of the preform body.
