摘要: In a method for making a wave-absorbing sheet, first emulsified mixture is provided by mixing wave-absorbing particles with graphene solution so that the graphene solution absorbs the wave-absorbing particles. Secondly, second emulsified mixture is provided by adding and blending resin solution in the first emulsified mixture. Thirdly, third emulsified mixture is provided by adding and blending interface modifier in the second emulsified mixture. Then, two conductive substrates are submerged in the third emulsified mixture, and voltage is provided to the third emulsified mixture so that the wave-absorbing particles, the resin solution and the graphene solution are evenly coated on the conductive substrates. Then, a wave-absorbing sheet is provided by eroding and removing the conductive substrates. Finally, the wave-absorbing sheet is washed and dried. The wave-absorbing sheet is thin, light and flexible, and exhibits a wide absorption frequency band and a high absorption rate.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for preparing plastic particles coated with metal, which comprises the following steps. First, mix a plurality of plastic particles with a tin/palladium solution to form a first mixed liquid. Alternatively, first mix the plurality of plastic particles with a stannous chloride/hydrochloric acid solution. Then mix the plurality of plastic particles adsorbing the plurality of stannous ions with a palladium chloride/hydrochloric acid solution and form the first mixed liquid. Next, microwave the first mixed liquid so that the tin/palladium colloidal particles coat the plastic particles and thus forming first metal particles. Afterwards, mix the first metal particles with an electroless nickel solution and form a second mixed liquid. Metal nickel then coats the first metal particles and forming a plurality of second metal particles. Use microwave to activate the plurality of tin/palladium colloidal particles adsorbed on the surfaces of the plastic particles, and hence increasing adsorption of the plated metal layer on the surfaces of the plastic particle. Thereby, roughness and peeling-off of the plated metal layer can be reduced.

摘要: Disclosed is a method for making nanometer ITO powder. In the method, first and second reactants are added to a solvent to provide a clear metal ion solution. The solvent is an alcohol or an organic solvent. The clear metal ion solution is added to a hydrolysis concentration solution at a desired ratio to provide a first solution. The hydrolysis concentration solution contains a sour catalyst and water. An aging step is taken on the first solution and the hydrolysis concentration solution to provide a second solution. A solvothermal step is executed on the second solution to provide multi-ingredient transparent conductive ITO powder in the order of nanometer. The solvothermal step includes the steps of locating the second solution in a solvothermal device and heating the second solution to a solvothermal temperature for a solvothermal reaction.

摘要: A combination frame for fixing a display panel module on a display shell is described. The combination frame is constructed by two crossbeams, two vertical beams, and a plurality of coupling devices. The coupling devices adjust an interior size of the combination frame for coupling to the display panel module exactly. The combination frame utilizes adjusting members to fine-adjust an outline size of the combination frame, and further utilizes a backboard to enhance the strength of the combination frame and fix a control circuit board of the flat panel display.

摘要: A method for controlling a cache memory of a solid state drive is provided. The solid state drive has a flash memory. The flash memory has a plurality of blocks, wherein each block has a plurality of pages. The method includes the following steps. Firstly, a refreshed data corresponding to a part of original data in a specified page of the flash memory is received and stored into a first cache unit. Then, the original data is read from the specified page, wherein an unrefreshed part of the original data is stored into the first cache unit, and a to-be-refreshed part of the original data is stored into a second cache unit. Afterwards, the refreshed data and the unrefreshed part of the original data in the first cache unit are stored into a blank page of the flash memory.

摘要: The present invention provides a memory-type two-section endoscopic system, which includes an endoscope that comprises a light-emitting device, an image-capturing device, a storage module, and a transmission module adapted in a shell. A disconnectable cable connects to the shell, and can depart form the shell. When the endoscope examines the esophagus and the stomach, the disconnectable cable can be used to control the endoscope for obtaining image data of the esophagus and the stomach for the image-capturing device. Then the image data is stored in the storage module or transmitted to the transmission module. When the endoscope examines the intestines, the shell will depart from the disconnectable cable and the endoscope will continue examinations of the intestines without wire control. The image data obtained by examining the intestines is stored to the storage module. Thereby, the esophagus, the stomach, and the intestines can be examined at a time, and the efficiency of an endoscope is enhanced.
