    摘要: There is provided a polyphenylene ether resin composition, comprising: a component (A) containing a polyphenylene ether resin; a component (B) containing a phosphate compound represented by the following formula (I); and a component (C) containing a condensed phosphate compound represented by the following formula (II), wherein R1, R2 and R3 are independently of one another an alkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, a cycloalkyl group having 3 to 20 carbon atoms, an aryl group having 6 to 20 carbon atoms, an alkoxy group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms or a hydroxyl group; R4, R5, R6 and R7 are independently of one another a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, a cycloalkyl group having 6 to 20 carbon atoms, an aryl group having 6 to 20 carbon atoms, an alkoxy group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms or a hydroxyl group, provided that a case of R4=R5=R6=R=H is excluded; n is an integer of not less than 1; Z is an organic group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms; and q is an integer of from 0 to 4; and wherein said composition contains a content of phosphorus therein of from about 1.8 to 5% by weight based on the total weight of the polyphenylene ether resin composition.

    摘要: The present invention provides a method and an apparatus in which after diluting ozone with gas, the ozone concentration is maintained low under conditions in that noble gas is solidified, ozone molecules comprising 17O or 18O, which is a stable oxygen isotope, is photodissociated stably and selectively to obtain oxygen molecules, and thereby 17O or 18O is concentrated continuously in the oxygen molecules with high efficiency. In an ozone photodissociation step 13, a mixture gas containing CF4 and ozone is irradiated with light to dissociate selectively ozone isotopologues comprising a desired oxygen isotope in ozone to oxygen molecules. After trapping the obtained mixture gas in a trapping step 31, the oxygen molecules are separated from the non-dissociated ozone molecules and CF4 in the trapped mixture gas by low-temperature distillation and so forth, and the oxygen isotopes are concentrated in the separated oxygen molecules in an oxygen isotope concentration step 14.

    摘要: A carbonaceous material for an electrical double layer capacitor is produced by performing a halogenation treatment step wherein a halogenated dry-distilled charcoal is obtained by bringing a dry-distilled charcoal into contact with a halogen gas; a molding treatment step of adding a binding agent to the halogenated dry-distilled charcoal to form a molded article; and a dehalogenation treatment step wherein a part or all of the halogen in the molded article is eliminated. The carbonaceous material for an electrical double layer capacitor obtained by this method is impregnated with sulfuric acid to form a carbon electrode for an electrical double layer capacitor. This electrode is used to form an electrical double layer capacitor.

C. and a melt index of 0.01 to 4 as the outermost layer, wherein the melt index of the seal layer (A) is at least 1.1 times the melt index of the intermediate layer (C), the melt index of the intermediate layer (C) is greater than the melt index of the substrate layer (D), the interlaminar peel strength between (A) and (B) is weaker than the interlaminar peel strength between (B) and (C), and the interlaminar peel strength between (A) and (B) is 0.2 to 2.5 kg/15 mm (drawing speed: 300 mm/min).
