摘要： A coating composition for zinc- and zinc alloy-coated steel sheets includes: 1 to 30% by weight of hypophosphorous acid, 0.1 to 10% by weight of manganese, 0.01 to 5% by weight of a polyvinyl compound, zinc oxide and the balance of water, and further comprises 20% by weight or less of alcohol, when necessary, wherein the zinc oxide is included in such a content that, when 50 Ml (milliliters) of the coating composition is neutralized and titrated with 0.1N NaOH, the NaOH used for the neutralization titration is present in an amount of 10.0 Ml (milliliters) or less, and a content of free acid in the coating composition is adjusted to such an amount that, when 50 Ml (milliliters) of the coating composition is neutralized and titrated with 0.1N NaOH, the NaOH used for the neutralization titration is present in an amount of 10.0 Ml (milliliters) or less. The coating film formed on the steel sheet using the coating composition shows excellent properties such as lubricating property, adhesion and coating removal property, and also has a fine surface appearance.

摘要： In a method of establishing a communication link in an ADSL system, a bit masking operation is performed on errors occurring in initialization messages of message tones and backup tones used to transmit/receive the initialization messages. Errors of one of the initialization messages of the message tones and the backup tones of which the errors are bit-masked are corrected. A cyclic redundancy check operation is performed on the initialization message having the corrected errors. Link establishment or link failure is determined based on the result of the cyclic redundancy check. Since some portion of errors of the initialization messages are removed in advance of a cyclic redundancy check operation, it is possible to stably perform a link establishment process.

摘要： Disclosed is a method of manufacturing high quality lube base oil (Group III) from unconverted oil having various properties obtained in a variety of hydrocrackers using improved catalytic dewaxing and hydrofinishing, the method including producing unconverted oil of at least one kind in the same or different hydrocrackers; subjecting the unconverted oil to vacuum distillation; supplying all or part of the distillate fractions to a catalytic dewaxing reactor; supplying the dewaxed oil fraction to a hydrofinishing reactor; and stripping the hydrofinished light oil fraction, wherein make-up hydrogen is supplied upstream of the hydrofinishing reactor to increase hydrogen partial pressure, thereby enabling high quality base oil to be manufactured at high yield under optimal process conditions using unconverted oil produced by hydrocracking under various conditions.
