摘要: A fishhook is composed of a metallic base member having a shank, a bend and a point, and a TiC film layer formed on the base member by chemical vapor deposition. The fishhook has peaked projections for preventing bait from coming off the fishhook. The fishhook is produced by forming peaked projections in the surface of a metallic base member. Sharpening one end of the base member to form a point, bending the base member into a fishhook-like shape, hardening the bent base member, ultrasonic cleaning the surface of the hardened base member, and contacting the cleaned surface of the base member with a mixture gas containing evaporated titanium tetrachloride at a high temperature.

摘要: The present invention provides a semiconductor device. In the semiconductor device, a signal distributor distributes a high frequency signal generated by an oscillator and inputted to an input part to first and second signals and outputs the same from first and second output parts respectively. A modulator modulates a baseband signal with the first signal and outputs the same therefrom. An offset adjustment unit compares the second signal and the first signal that leaks from the output of the modulator to thereby adjust an offset of the baseband signal. The signal distributor includes a first capacitive element provided between the input part and the first output part, and a second capacitive element provided between the first output part and the second output part. The electrostatic capacitance of the first capacitive element is larger than that of the second capacitive element.

摘要: In a transmission portion of a semiconductor device, a first amplification portion receives a digital baseband signal and amplifies the signal with a first gain through digital processing. A digital-to-analog conversion portion converts the digital baseband signal amplified by the first amplification portion into an analog baseband signal. A modulation portion generates a transmission signal by modulating a local oscillation signal with the analog baseband signal. A second amplification portion amplifies the transmission signal with a variable second gain. A control unit receives information representing a transmission mode and adjusts the first gain in accordance with the transmission mode.

摘要: A fishhook is composed of a base member formed of carbon steel, stainless steel or the like and a TiC film layer formed on the surface of the base member by chemical vapor deposition. This fishhook is produced by heating the cleaned base member in hydrogen gas to activate the surface of the cleaned base member and heating the activated base member in a high temperature mixture gas of evaporation gas of titanium tetrachloride with hydrogen gas and methane gas at about 1000.degree. C. to form the TiC film layer exhibiting excellent abrasion resistance on the base member.
