    摘要: A mechanism for lifting a cassette holder of a car audio player has a roller in contact with a mode changeover for changing operation modes according to an instruction of a control portion. A lifting guidance portion slides in contact with a side chassis by the roller which urges a stopper protruding from one side of the lifting guidance portion. A cassette holder ascends and descends according to the sliding of the lifting guidance portion. The cassette holder is held on a loading position by engaging a hook formed at the lifting guidance portion with a blocking protrusion formed at a position corresponding with the hook. In an unloading mode, the mode changeover lever is held in an unloading condition by a locking portion which is installed at a bottom chassis and then clamps the roller.

    摘要: A mechanism for switching pinch rollers of an autoreverse car audio device has a mode changing lever actuated by a driving motor. The mode changing lever causes a rotation of a switching lever movably installed at a rear face of a deck frame. One end of the switching lever is engaged with one end of a pinch roller selecting plate for selecting one of pinch rollers according to an operation mode. The pinch roller selecting plate is actuated relative with the switching lever rotated according to the operation mode. Therefore, one of the pinch rollers approaches a corresponding turntable wheel.

    摘要: In a reel of a tape player for recording/reproducing information on/from a tape, a rotating reel is installed on a top of a main shaft which is placed on a plate of a deck. A reel spindle has a through cylindrical rod into which the main shaft is to be inserted and an accommodating portion. The accommodating portion has a first circular plate formed to be extended radially from bottom of the hollow cylindrical rod to the outside, and a first side wall formed to be bent upwardly from a circular edge of the first circular plate. A plurality of first ribs are upwardly projected and arranged in radial direction on upper surface of accommodating portion. The through cylindrical rod of the reel spindle is inserted into a through hole of a reel gear. The reel gear is placed on the accommodating portion of the reel spindle. A plurality of second ribs downwardly projected and arranged in radial direction on bottom surface of the reel gear. In order to generate friction, the accommodating portion of the reel spindle is filled with gel.

    摘要: A dual azimuth alignment mechanism of an autoreverse car audio device adjusts a head angle in contact with a tape by switching the screw installing portions inserted and connected with azimuth alignment screws by a changeover portion geared with a head movement portion. The head movement portion has a contacting portion for adjusting a head azimuth by making contact with the alignment screws. An azimuth alignment portion is pivotally installed at the head movement portion, and the screw installing portions formed at one side of the azimuth alignment portion selectively make contact with a contact portion. A thin plate is installed between the alignment screws and the contact portion for preventing abrasion of the contact portion. The azimuth alignment portion is fixed with a head at the head movement portion and is elastically switched by an elastic portion of the mounting portion.

    摘要: The invention provides a device for cleaning a contact surface on a PCB with a cleaning portion having a wiper. The cleaning device for the contact surface is fixed to the bottom face of a mode detection portion having sensing projections for sensing a signal by contacting the contact surface on the PCB. The device comprises a fixing part for fixing the cleaning portion to the loading means in one side, two elastic guards for protecting the elastic legs of the mode detection portion by being formed as an entity with the fixing part, and a wiper having a proper shape for connecting the above two elastic guards and for removing unwanted matters from the contact surface by contacting and sliding on the contact surface on the PCB against the bottom face. The wiper of the device for cleaning the contact surface removes unwanted matters from the contact surface while sliding the contact surface on the PCB, and thus prevents erroneous operation that can occur in case of detecting a signal with contacting the mode detection portion on the contact surface.
