    摘要: A fixed window includes a glazing device composed of a plate-like base detachably mounted on the inner surface of a frame component arranged outwardly of the peripheral edge of a panel, and a glazing strip mounted on the base for supporting an interior face portion of the panel adjacent the peripheral edge. When the base and the glazing strip are removed, the frame component can be also used as a frame component of a window of the different type. The glazing strip is held in contact with an interior flange of the frame component, so that a positive wind pressure acting on the panel is borne by the flange. The glazing strip can, therefore, be always held stably in position against displacement.

    摘要: Disclosed is an apparatus which, even when it becomes impossible to take an image of a mobile object due to existence of an obstacle to hide the mobile object, is capable of making a simulatory screen display of the mobile object, thereby notifying a driver of a risk of collision with the mobile object. Even when it is impossible to take an image of the mobile object because of existence of an obstacle, the apparatus displays a simulated picture image of the mobile object superimposed on an actual picture image, by obtaining an optical flow or by performing pattern matching. Thus, an effect is obtained that the mobile object is viewed as if transmitted through the obstacle. By notifying the driver of the risk of collision in advance by means of sound or video image perceptible by a human being, the danger of the collision is avoided.

When a terminal device issues a viewing request for a recorded program to an HDD in the user home, the program stored at a high bit rate is transmitted. Further, even during recording operation, an already recorded portion is transmitted so that the program can be viewed. Even during concurrent reproduction in which some one views the program during recording while the program is reproduced, the program can be transmitted for a mobile phone so that the program can be viewed at the mobile phone.

    摘要: A sash supporting structure of a hinged swinging window includes a sash bar hinge secured to a horizontal rail of a sash and having a pivot shaft, and a support groove formed in a horizontal frame member of a window frame and pivotally receiving therein the pivot shaft of the sash bar hinge. The support groove has a width dimensioned such that the sash bar hinge can be inserted in the support groove from the inner periphery side of the window frame. With this arrangement, the sash can be readily installed in the window frame without requiring prior connection between the horizontal rail or the sash and the horizontal frame member. The sash supporting structure further has a dislocation stop member secured to the horizontal frame member of the window frame and extending through a cutout opening in the sash bar hinge to prevent horizontal in-plane displacement of the sash bar hinge. The dislocation stop member is engageable with a portion of the sash bar hinge to prevent dislocation of the sash bar hinge from the horizontal frame member of the window frame.
