    摘要: A microreactor capable of reducing a pressure drop in an entire system includes a mixer 103 having a mixing channel for mixing two kinds of raw materials 101 and 102, and a reactor 109 having a reaction channel connected to the downstream side of the mixing channel to receive the mixture flowing out from the mixing channel and cause chemical reactions of the mixture inside the reaction channel. The reactor 109 a first reactor unit 107 having a large surface-to-volume (S-V) ratio of the reaction channel at an upstream side, and a second reactor unit 108 having a small S-V ratio of the reaction channel at a downstream.

    摘要: The present invention is to detect leakage of fluid from a channel in a microreactor certainly at an early stage. A chemical reactor has a microreactor with a pump for sending first, second solutions, and a channel for mixing and reacting the first, second solutions. The solution sending amount of the first, second solutions to be supplied to the microreactor is controlled by a pump controlling device. The microreactor has a first substrate with a channel and a second substrate to be bonded airtightly with the first substrate. A leak detecting channel is formed in the vicinity of the channel in the first substrate.

    摘要: There is provided a reaction apparatus which is capable of keeping the pressure inside the reactor and is applicable to various fields. This reaction apparatus comprises: a raw material tank (2) for storing a raw material; a high-pressure pump (3) communicated with the raw material tank (2) and designed to deliver the raw material therefrom; a reactor (1) which is disposed on the downstream side of the high-pressure pump (3) and designed to be supplied with the raw material in a compressed state; a heating bath (11) for heating the reactor (1) to promote a reaction; and a product tank (7) for receiving and recovering a product; wherein the reaction apparatus is further equipped with an inlet port which is interposed between the heating bath (11) and the product tank (7), and with an injection pump (6) for injecting an injecting liquid through the inlet port, whereby a pressure of product flowing into the product tank (7) is enabled to be reduced by making use of the flow rate of the injecting liquid.
