摘要: For enlarging the application range of samples capable of being treated, decreasing the amount of samples used, preventing deterioration of samples by a change with the passage of time and preventing mixing of samples by diffusion, a micro fluidics system according to the present invention comprises a sample server which stores plural samples and which has sample efflux portions, a microchip for feeding samples to a treating portion through plural sample introducing portions communicating with the sample efflux portions and further through a microchannel, allowing the samples to be subjected to a predetermined treatment, and a sample feeder for feeding the samples stored in the sample server to the sample introducing portions through the sample efflux portions. The sample feeder comprises valves for opening and closing communication paths between the sample efflux portions of the sample server and the sample introducing portions of the microchip and pressurizing devices for pressurizing the samples stored in the sample server and pushing them out into the sample introducing portions in an open condition of the valves.

摘要: In a microfluid system it is intended to expand the application range of samples capable of being treated, decrease the amount of samples used, and prevent deterioration of samples with the lapse of time. In a microfluid system having a microchip for feeding plural samples to a treating portion and performing predetermined treatments, plural sample servers for storage of the samples therein are provided in the microchip, the sample servers and the treating portion are connected with each other through capillary channels provided respectively on outlet sides of the sample servers, and a pressurizing device for pressurizing the samples stored in the sample servers and feeding them to the treating portion is provided.

摘要: A joint to be attached to a port of a micro fluidic element, has an outer peripheral surface of truncated subulate shape at a front end portion of the joint to form a front surface as a top of the truncated subulate shape, and a cuneiform space in an inside of the joint at the front end portion of the joint, the joint is made of an elastomer, and the cuneiform space includes a front end overlapping the front surface as seen in a direction along which a tube is guided by the cuneiform space when the tube is inserted into the joint so that the tube is enabled to penetrate the front surface through the front end.

摘要: A liquid condensation system heats a liquid raw material under a decompressed circumstance and evaporates a volatile component from a liquid surface to condense the liquid raw material. Therefore, the liquid condensation system includes: liquid condensers, each of which condenses the liquid raw material; a vacuum pump that is in communication with the liquid condensers; and a warm water circulation system as a heating source that heats the liquid raw material in the liquid condensers. The volatile component evaporated in the liquid condensers is led to the outside of the liquid condensers through vapor lines. The condensed liquid that is not evaporated in the liquid condensers is led to the outside of the liquid condensers through condensed-liquid lines. Condensed-liquid-line adjusting valves are interposed on the condensed-liquid lines, and heaters are attached to the condensed-liquid lines. A control unit controls the heaters and the condensed-liquid-line adjusting valves.
