摘要: An object of the present invention is to increase the volume of production even with the use of a microreactor, and to improve the quality of reaction products. A chemical synthesis device with a microreactor having a microchannel includes a plurality of microreactors arranged in parallel; a raw material tank that stores a raw material; a pump that delivers the raw material; an inlet solenoid valve and an outlet solenoid valve disposed at the inlet and outlet sides, respectively, of each of the microreactor; a temperature sensor that detects the temperature in the microreactor; and a pressure gage installed at the outlet side of the pump. The chemical synthesis device controls, in connection with values detected by the temperature sensor and the pressure gage, the opening and closing of the inlet solenoid valve and the outlet solenoid valve as well as a rate of flow from the pump.

摘要: In a measuring apparatus for biomolecule interaction, a fine particle sensor surface is dipped in a buffer solution in a reaction vessel to conduct spectral measurement by way of optical fibers. The buffer solution in the reaction vessel is made to enter an upper reaction vessel and discharged from a flow channel. Air is injected from a flow channel to inject a specimen from the discharge port to the reaction vessel. Then the specimen is sucked into the reaction vessel and brought into contact with the sensor surface where a ligand and an analyte in the specimen are bonded. Bonding is measured by a spectrophotometer through the optical fibers. A buffer solution is injected from the injection flow channel into the reaction vessel and the specimen is discharged out of the flow channel. The dissociation process in which the biomolecules are dissociated along with lowering of the concentration is measured.

摘要: Biomolecular and other interactions are analyzed with a simpler construction. A biotic sample is fixed to noble metal nanoparticles, and light is irradiated from a light source to the noble metal nanoparticles through an optical fiber. Light obtained after reflection of the irradiated light by the noble metal nanoparticles is introduced to one or more optical detecting units through another optical fiber. The optical detecting unit(s) separately measure the intensity of the input light in a second band including a maximum absorption wavelength, a first band covering a longer wavelength range than the range covered by the second band, and a third band covering a shorter wavelength range than the range covered by the second band.

摘要: In a molecular interaction detector, a noble-metal free-electron thin film is formed on a substrate. Styrene-made nanoparticles are adsorbed onto the thin film surface. Another noble-metal free-electron thin film is formed on upper-half surfaces of the nanoparticles and is modified by an organic linker molecule. The organic linker molecule has a linear or branched chemical structure including a functional group capable of being fixed to the surface of the noble-metal free-electron thin film with a linear chain made of 1 to 5 atoms. A detergent is used in a mobile phase. Deposition of materials having no relation with the measurement onto a sensor can be avoided in the molecular interaction detector.
