摘要： A switch panel device permitting the mounting of a larger number of switches together on a steering handle pipe is disclosed that improves operability and operator comfort and safety. Plural switches are arranged on columns and/or on stages. An indicating and warning switch group having higher urgency and frequency of use than remaining switch elements are allocated to a column which is located nearest a handle bar grip. Further, the indicating and warning switch group is also allocated to a first horizontal stage which is set on a horizontal line coincident with a handle pipe and into additional stages positioned adjacent to the first horizontal stage in vertical distribution.

摘要： An audio operating device provided on a handlebar of a motorcycle. The device includes a first operating plane which is tilted outwardly from the longitudinal axis of the vehicle, which contains audio switches which are generally operated most frequently. The switches on the first operating plane are accessible by a rider's left hand while holding the left handle grip. The left side of the device includes a talk knob and a power switch. The second operating plane, and a right side of the device, include switches which are less frequently used, and are accessible by the rider's right hand.

摘要： To provide a head light system comprising first and second bulbs, wherein a coupler can be attached and detached smoothly and the appearance can be made favorable. A first movable-side coupler and a second movable-side coupler are attached to and detached from a first fixed-side coupler for a first bulb and a second fixed-side coupler for a second bulb, respectively. The first fixed-side coupler and the second fixed-side coupler are disposed substantially in the same plane. The attaching and detaching directions of the first and second movable-side couplers are substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal directions of the first bulb and the second bulb. The first fixed-side coupler is so disposed that the second fixed-side coupler is not located in the attaching and detaching direction of the first movable-side coupler attached to and detached from the first fixed-side coupler.

摘要： A handlebar switch mounting structure capable of firmly attaching a handlebar switch unit on a handlebar pipe and to improve the outward appearance of the handlebar switch. The handlebar switch mounting structure includes a first bracket having a circular portion which can be attached on substantially a half of the periphery of the handlebar pipe portion and front and rear flange portions and extended from both ends of the circular portion. The second bracket is provided that includes a circular portion which can be attached on the remaining half of the periphery of the handlebar pipe portion. The first and second brackets are securely fixed on the handlebar pipe portion by joining the second bracket to the first bracket set on the handlebar pipe portion. With the front and rear flange portions sandwiched together, the first and second case halves are joined and then attached to the handlebar pipe portion through the front and rear flange portions.

A switch panel is provided adjacent to a handle grip, and a starter/reverse switch for controlling the starter motor and a reverse shift switch for controlling a shifter motor are disposed adjacent to each other on an operation surface of the switch panel. By the positions of the switches, the rider can perform operations for reversing the vehicle with one hand.

摘要： The shape of a reflector is to be made conspicuous to improve the appearance of a headlamp assembly. A headlamp assembly includes electric bulbs, a reflector, a lens and a case. Between the reflector and the case are formed gaps which result from a difference in shape between the reflector and the case. Blindfold portions are formed integrally with the reflector for filling the gaps. The blindfold members are provided with reflecting surfaces which project a black portion of the ground or of an inner surface of the case. With the reflecting surfaces of the blindfold members, a contrast is created between the blindfold member and reflecting surfaces of the reflector to make the reflecting surface shape of the reflector conspicuous.
