    摘要: In manufacturing molded product of urethane foam, a releasing agent mainly composed of organopolysiloxane is applied on the inner surface of the mold maintained at 60.degree. C. The agent is prepared by dissolving the base composed of organopolysiloxane composition in an organic solvent. The organopolysiloxane composition comprises (a) a first organopolysiloxane of which 0.1 to 5.0% of all organic groups bonded with Si atoms are vinyl groups and at least 80% of the remaining organic groups are methyl groups, and (b) a second organopolysiloxane containing at least three Si bonded hydrogen atoms in one molecule, wherein the first and second organopolysiloxanes contain Si vinyl groups and SiH groups at a ratio in a range of 1:0.5 to 1:5, and do not substantially contain unreactive siloxane. The agent is cured by irradiation with ultraviolet rays, and a thin and uniform film of releasing agent is formed on the inner surface of the mold. Inside the mold coated with this film of releasing agent is injected a raw liquid of urethane foam of cold cure-type, and after the curing step, a molded product of urethane foam in a desired shape is manufactured.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a hard coat film having a hard coat layer on at least one side of a base film, wherein the surface of the hard coat layer has a water contact angle of 78 to 90° and an n-dodecane contact angle of 22° or less. The hard coat film has excellent fingerprint resistance when it is used in a finger input touch panel; has excellent adhesion and no defects which disturb optical inspection when it is used as a protective film for a capacitance touch panel; and preferably has high uniformity in film thickness.

    摘要: The present invention provides flexibility in the shape and material of the cleaning vessel, enables high-power transmission of ultrasonic waves, and reduces audible noise generation. An ultrasonic cleaning machine according to the invention comprises an acoustic lens mounted above an ultrasonic transducer which is immersed in oil held within an external tank as well as a cleaning vessel holding a cleaning liquid further above the acoustic lens so that ultrasonic waves produced by the ultrasonic transducer converge at a point within the cleaning liquid. In one form of the invention, the cleaning vessel is eliminated and the cleaning liquid is held directly in the external tank.

    摘要: A continuous casting method includes the steps of continuously supplying molten metal into a mold through at least one feed nozzle connected to the mold through a break ring, with the feed nozzle, the mold and the break ring forming at least a portion of a continuous casting apparatus, and intermittently withdrawing a cast piece formed from the molten metal in the mold thereby creating pressure in a space formed at a connecting point between the break ring, the mold and the cast piece as a result of the withdrawal from the mold. A shield means is placed to seal-off space between the at least one feed nozzle, and the mold to prevent entry of gas into the continuous casting apparatus and the pressure is reduced in the sealed-off space to thereby eliminate a pressure differential between the pressure in the sealed-off space and the pressure created in the space formed at the connecting point between the break ring, the mold and the cast piece during the intermittent withdrawal from the mold.
