    摘要: It is proposed a system for condition monitoring electric machine and the method thereof. The system includes a portable unit, being adapted for free movement around said electric machine; a magnetic field sensor, being adapted for measuring magnetic field intensity at at least one of a plurality points of a path of said free movement; a processing unit, being adapted for receiving at least one corresponding magnetic field intensity signal from said magnetic field sensor, comparing at least one magnetic field intensity value to at least one corresponding expected value, and determining, based on the comparison, if a fault is present in the electric machine; wherein: said magnetic field sensor and said processing unit are integrated into said portable unit. And the method includes steps of moving said portable unit to at least one point of a plurality points of a path of said free movement around said electric machine; measuring at least one magnetic field intensity at said at least one of a plurality points of a path of said free movement; and comparing at least one magnetic field intensity value to at least one corresponding expected value, and determining, based on the comparison, if a fault is present in the electric machine.

    摘要: A method for preventing a frequency component of a voltage from occurring in an electrical machine including the steps of: obtaining, either by measuring a voltage signal or a current signal from the electrical machine in time domain and transforming the measured signal into frequency domain, by simulating or deducing a first frequency component present in the electrical machine in absence of a grounding, the first frequency component representing a first undesired frequency higher than a limit frequency of 500 Hz; and providing the electrical machine with a first grounding at a grounding location, the first grounding including a resonant circuit resonating at the first undesired frequency. In order to get rid of harmful shaft voltages in the form of sharp voltage peaks at high frequencies, it is first necessary to determine at which undesired frequency or frequencies these voltage peaks occur. Only thereafter can a low impedance grounding be provided that works satisfactorily at the undesired frequency or frequencies.

    摘要: The present disclosure discloses a Condition Monitoring Device (CDM), configured to monitor power consumption and loading of motor. The CDM receives value of a measured current in a stator of the motor, and measures at least one of a magnetic flux around the motor and vibrations in the motor. The magnetic flux, the vibrations and the current in the stator are measured within a predefined time window. The CDM calculates various parameters of the motor and estimates a value of current using the measurements and rated parameters stored in the CDM. The estimated parameter of current is compared with the measured value of current. A value of rotor speed (one of the rated parameters) is varied until the value of the estimated current is approximately equal to the value of the measured current. The value of current is considered to monitor power consumption and loading of the motor.

The method comprises measuring magnetic field strength along a first axis and a second axis, determining operating slip frequency of the electric machine using the measured magnetic field strength along the first axis and the second axis, determining an amplitude of the determined operating slip frequency in a first frequency spectrum and an amplitude of operating slip frequency in a second frequency spectrum, and detecting the rotor fault by comparing the amplitude of the determined operating slip frequency in the first frequency spectrum and the amplitude of operating slip frequency in the second frequency spectrum against a predetermined threshold.
