Abstract: Methods and apparatus are disclosed to alter the driving profile of a vehicle. An example method disclosed herein determines, based on a user selection, a desired driving profile to apply to a vehicle. The example method includes identifying a set of alterations to operating parameters of vehicle systems associated with the desired driving profile. The example method includes determining a subset of the set of alterations that the vehicle can execute, and in response to determining the subset that the vehicle can execute, applying the subset to the vehicle to produce the desired driving profile.

Abstract: Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, embodiments detecting and correcting load imbalance on power supply phases within a managed scope using a software controlled power switch matrix that is resident in each power distribution unit supplying power in the managed scope. Managed scope could include a plurality of power distribution units supplying a plurality of circuit or equipment loads in a plurality of premises. On each PDU, the software controlled switch matrix maintains and changes physical coupling of power supply phases to circuit and equipment loads. Further embodiments include correcting power supply phase load imbalances through software commands to adjust the coupling of power supply phases to circuit or equipment loads. Embodiments are intended to help power administrators maintain power supply phase load balance effectively in a managed scope. Other embodiments are disclosed.

Abstract: A coordinated virtual scene for an autonomous vehicle is disclosed. A real route for an autonomous vehicle can be determined. This autonomous vehicle route can be employed to determine a virtualized route in a virtual environment. The autonomous and virtualized routes can be coordinated. A level of coordination can be selectable via one or more selectable congruence values. Generally, a greater congruence value can correspond to a greater coherence between the autonomous route and the virtualized route. A congruence value can be selectable, which can allow an occupant to indicate a level of coherence that is acceptable to an occupant. A virtual environment can be selectable to enable the virtualized routes to be more relevant to an autonomous vehicle occupant, passenger, operator, etc. Moreover, selection of a virtual environment can be predicated on a selection rule having been satisfied. Virtual environments can be non-fiction, fiction, or both.

Abstract: Software defined autonomous ride optimization to facilitate a deterministic transportation outcome is presented herein. Based on a request to transport a subscriber of an autonomous vehicle transportation service from a location to a destination by a subscriber defined arrival time, a system obtains subscriber preferences, autonomous vehicle capabilities, safety profile information, route characteristics, and service provider status. Based on such information, the system generates, via a group of machine learning models corresponding to respective machine learning processes, a group of ride plans and corresponding durations representing respective combinations of terrestrial, aerial, nautical, and space types of transport, by autonomous vehicle(s), of the subscriber from the location to the destination by the subscriber defined arrival time. Further, based on a subscriber selection of one of the ride plans, the system reserves a combination of vehicle types for the selected ride plan and communicates ride plan status to the subscriber.
